Very Knowledgeable

I pick out several different fish was about to order,when the told me a lot of the fish I pick out was not compatible,to me that was kind and considerate.

Alot better quality them the local pets…

The quality of most of the fish was…

The quality of most of the fish was horrible, I ordered 14 fish and only 5 have made it so far. My water quality is perfect as I already have established tanks and the tank mates are not aggressive

While it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause of these losses without pictures, it’s concerning that several fish did not survive, especially given your experience and careful tank management.

We understand your frustration, especially considering your past success with fish from other suppliers. We would have liked the opportunity to take a closer look at the condition of the fish after they first began to show signs of ill health since you reported that they looked fine when they first arrived.
Our goal was certainly to ensure that you had a positive experience with us, and we're very sorry that we did not meet your expectations.

Would recommend to family.

My fish came very quickly and very healthy. One fish didn’t make it but they took care of me with no problems. Their acclimation process is the best so I use it with all of my fish acquisitions. I would buy from them again.

Fish very small...poor survival rate

Fish very small...poor survival rate

I have kept freshwater aquariums since 1952. I bred zebra fish years ago and know from releasing them too young there was poor survival.
I currently have 2 30 gal tanks with natural plants, show guppies, cat fish and algae eaters, no large or aggressive fish or crowding.
If I had had info on the age of your fish, I wouldn't have ordered. I am so disappointed because I love neons.
I WOULD LIKE THE AGE OF THE BABY FISH YOU SENT!!

Thank you for providing a review on your recent purchase of Neon Tetra Bulk Packs with us. We certainly value your feedback and wish you'd provided a bit more information for us. Did they have a low survival rate due to an illness or because they are a smaller shoaling fish in a community tank? We're sorry this was your experience with us and wish we could have had the opportunity to address it with you when you first observed the problem.

Addendum: Thank you for further information on your tank. And please understand we are not questioning your expertise as an aquarist. We’re trying to determine how the neons perished. Was there a noticeable health problem? Did you use our recommended acclimation process and were your tank parameters much different from our tanks? We’ve reviewed our records for other Neon Packs shipped from the same lot yours was and have not seen any issues with increased mortality rate. To have so many Neons perish begs further review of all factors. We’re sorry for the questions and, again, are not questioning your expertise. We also have decades of expertise and would like to identify the root cause. If you’d like to communicate directly with us on this, we’re happy to do so at info@theifishstore.com.

Great selection of fish

Fish came healthy but I ordered 6 fish…

Fish came healthy but I ordered 6 fish and they swapped out the Blue diamond i ordered with some brown dicus I've never even seen before. Can't even figure out what kind of discus it is cause it's not even on their site for sale. All other fish I ordered was correct but the one.

Thank you for the feedback. We're not sure about the "brown discus" your describing and we agree with you...we don't offer a Brown Discus. Sometimes as a result of the stress from shipping, their colors may appear muted until they have been acclimated in their new environment. Also, you had ordered juveniles which also have muted colors and markings until they mature. You seem to indicate that it was the Blue Diamond. They've now been in your tank for 4 weeks. If you still believe that you received all the other varieties of Discus correctly and this one in particular still doesn't appear to be a Blue Diamond, you can send a photo of it to us at info@theifishstore.com and we can take a look at it. Thank you!

Beautiful healthy Discus

Ordered for my girlfriends Birthday gift. Beautiful fish. Arrived very well packaged and acclimated to new surroundings within days.
She's very happy to watch them grow everyday.

Great Customer Service, beautiful fish

All of the fish I ordered arrived alive and well. Followed all the instructions for acclimating to my tank (empty new cycled). They seemed to like their new home. The next day I noticed one of the fish staying in one spot and not swimming with the others. I contacted the IFish store and they asked me to send a video, but by that time it had died. They asked for pic and immediately refunded the cost of the fish. I was very sad to lose this beautiful fish, but extremely happy with their help and customer service. Thank YOU!!
