The quality of most of the fish was horrible, I ordered 14 fish and only 5 have made it so far. My water quality is perfect as I already have established tanks and the tank mates are not aggressive

Fish very small...poor survival rate
I have kept freshwater aquariums since 1952. I bred zebra fish years ago and know from releasing them too young there was poor survival.
I currently have 2 30 gal tanks with natural plants, show guppies, cat fish and algae eaters, no large or aggressive fish or crowding.
If I had had info on the age of your fish, I wouldn't have ordered. I am so disappointed because I love neons.
I WOULD LIKE THE AGE OF THE BABY FISH YOU SENT!!

Fish came healthy but I ordered 6 fish and they swapped out the Blue diamond i ordered with some brown dicus I've never even seen before. Can't even figure out what kind of discus it is cause it's not even on their site for sale. All other fish I ordered was correct but the one.

All of the fish I ordered arrived alive and well. Followed all the instructions for acclimating to my tank (empty new cycled). They seemed to like their new home. The next day I noticed one of the fish staying in one spot and not swimming with the others. I contacted the IFish store and they asked me to send a video, but by that time it had died. They asked for pic and immediately refunded the cost of the fish. I was very sad to lose this beautiful fish, but extremely happy with their help and customer service. Thank YOU!!
