Love GLD and there customers service team. I love the variety of products available and I’m even more excited to get them. The customer service team hooked it up because I didn’t receive a promotion I was supposed to via hyperlink so they made it right so I very much appreciated that from them. Will def buy more in the future after I receive these next two orders.

Incompetence everyone at this this is dumb. I returned and item because I order the wrong size paid the over priced return fee then they sent me the wrong size necklace. When I try to get it returned again after they messed up they wanted me to pay another shipping fee to send it back to them after they messed up. No one on your “support team” is even there to help just an AI that can’t answer questions. This whole website and company is stupid because they can’t get anything right.

The reason why I rated 4 star instead of 5 is because I ordered a ring August 30th and I still haven’t received it. (It’s September 13th) But besides that they are normally quick on sending their stuff out.

They refused to cancel my order. They stated I can cancel my order within 2 hours of order placement. I have confirmation of a successful cancellation within 2 hours. However, they emailed me saying management cannot cancel my order! They do not honor their own policies! Shady and deceptive!

Received my gold cuban link in the mail within a decent time frame. It was packaged nicely and the presentation was on point. The quality of the chain off the rip is pretty solid, good weight to it. Just hoping the luminescence remains with the chain, only time will tell.

My white gold chain had comw in a leather bag and was in its own little plastic bag to keep it safe. Also i like how it cam with a stick as a little bonus. Overall had my chain for about a week now and had no problem and looks amazing
