I love the ease of teledoc appointments. My primary care physician was booked out til mid October and I don’t like waiting around at urgent care so I scheduled this and was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor listened to me and subscribed appropriate medication. It took about 5 minutes and I loved it! Thank you Doctor.

I am so grateful to this program. I suddenly was feeling my asthma onset when the same day I decided to schedule a phone appointment. Not only I was able to stay at home and not wait in a line, the provider sent the prescriptions to my pharmacy and in an hour I was picking them up. This is by far the best medical access I have ever experienced.

I had a skin/irritation issue I was dealing with over the course of a few weeks. Initially I tried home remedies to no avail. I scheduled a phone consult for Friday morning. The physician was attentive and listened to my issue and proceeded to explain what my symptoms might be and sent a script to my local pharmacist. I was very happy with the results of the phone consult and have seen great improvements in my issue in the last couple of days. TelaDoc is a game changer and I would recommend this service to family and friends.

My entire experience with Teledoc was smooth. From downloading the app to talking to the Doctor, I had no problems! Directions were straightforward and easy for me to follow. After signing in I was able to quickly find where to request a Doctor visit. I filled out a short questionnaire about what I needed that day. The Doctor came on promptly. She was knowledgeable and kind. She was able to help me identify the problem and find a solution. I love being able to see a doctor without having to leave the house. And I appreciate Teladoc for their efficient, effective, and friendly service.

Living outside of the city makes it hard to get into my regular providers office for acute issues. I’m so thankful to have the teledoc service. I was able to schedule and have an appt within the same hour, and pick up my medications the same day. Great service for people like me living further from the city.

It is so difficult to get healthcare in a timely manner now. Teladoc makes it easy to get quick access. After updating my medical history, I've always spoken to a doctor within a few minutes and then picked up a prescription 30 minutes later. The whole process taking less than an hour. They can't help you with everything, but the items within their control allow you to resolve your health issues faster than waiting for an appointment. This is an inexpensive step to getting care and it may be the only step you need. Available 24 hours a day, it is wonderful to know you have access to competent healthcare and don't have to rely on an internet search for results.

Having a physician to actually listen to me and my symptoms is amazing. The level of her knowledge is second to none. She has a vast knowledge of medicine and quickly made a treatment plan for me which immediately helped me. I'm very greatful to be under her care.

This was my first time using Teledoc. It was much easier and faster than I expected. The doctor was great and listened to all of my symptoms for a sinus infection. My prescriptions were being prepared within minutes of hanging up. What a surprise! I normally would go to a clinic or urgent care but no more!

The ease of use is VERY NICE! The ability to have help on demand for the every day things is really great. I mostly use Teladoc for mental health services and see Dr. Harrington. He’s probably the best health provider, and actually THE best mental health provider I have EVER had.

My husband brought home a viral infection that turned into pneumonia, and then I also got sick. I did not feel up to going into urgent care, so my husband signed me up for teledoc and it was brilliant. We had a call back within minutes, my doctor was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and easily diagnosed my symptoms just by listening to me cough. She prescribed 3 medications, which I'm on day 4 of, and I can't believe how perfectly those prescriptions are suiting my needs. She even answered my husband's follow up questions on what to do should we need additional treatment. AND it was far less expensive than an urgent care. The whole process was done in 12 minutes. I would highly recommend it!

Quick response time. Email and texts explaining the process. Dr. Chung listened attentively to me, answered all of my questions, and gave me some control by providing treatment options. Follow-up instructions were good but it took me a minute to find them. Thank you!

Made an appointment, talked to the doctor, who was great by the way, had my prescription called in and picked up withan an hour. It's amazing 👏 🤩 I'll never not us teledoc!!

The entire process was very easy and convenient for my busy schedule. I was able to see doctor profiles and availability in advance. Then I made the appointment on a Friday, completed the health assessment over the weekend, my visit was Monday morning, lab work was sent to a facility close by and I was simply able to message the doctor my blood pressure once I received the device. Overall very easy, the right questions were asked and now I just have to do some follow ups which unfortunately cannot be done virtually (mammogram/ eye exam ). Would highly recommend.

This was my first time using Teladoc. Live in California, but I’m visiting family in Florida. I decided to try out Teladoc, which is recommended by my Blue Shield PPO. I found the whole thing to be a 10+ experience! I registered online, received a call from a licensed doctor, for the state of Florida, was to the doctor, he explained what the problem was, and told me what to do. He then called my prescription into a pharmacy that was recommended by my provider. They are delivering the prescription today at 12 noon! I have already recommended to my dear friend who travels continually with her husband for their company! I Recommend Teladoc highly! I will definitely use Teladoc again.

whichever provider i chose for my introduction to therapy, was the wrong one for me. i felt disregarded and like she was annoyed with me. she made passive aggressive comments frequently throughout the call that i talk too much. it really made me feel horrible towards the end. i had to force myself to stop talking because of her comments. which... its a talk therapy session. a small nudge to get back on topic is fine. but she made it out to be like i was purposely interrupting her or talking over her. that made me get in my head and it eventually made me feel like i shouldn't have made the appointment with her, but instead someone else. i can appreciate the ease of making the appointment, but unfortunately this one left me feeling really down.
