Gabe was great!

Gabe was great. He returned an earlier call promptly, made helpful recommendations based on my RV & provided no pressure links to his recommendation. When I was ready to order, he answered my call even though he was at lunch. Really appreciate the no pressure sales information & recommendations.

Lifted Dodge ram OEM camera

Started out questioning the difficulties of getting answers as to why parts are hard to find for OEM install od backup camera for a Dodge ram. Gabe explained the reasons,and why it's better to get a new camera that's wireless. I never felt like he was being a salesman, but a good resource. Everything I asked he answered in understandable words.

I’m very happy to hear back from tadibrothers about my camera system. They were very helpful and courtesy service to my system and eager to repair my troubles and call back to say they fixed the system and replaced with new system.

Hexyl

I needed to know when I could expect delivery of my purchase. Hexel was able to give me the date. She also gave me the UPS tracking number. Also, it can be a bit difficult talking on the phone as I have hearing issues. She was very patient and polite. Thank you Hexyl

New V3 is not wide angle and flickers

Bought a camera system - V3 Bluetooth system - one of their best.
The only complaint is the field of view is not wide at all - and the refresh rate is super slow - like watching an old movie flickering.
The image quality though is great.

They should really be putting a wide angle lens on this - makes no sense.

The issue with the company is they don’t allow you to post anything other than 5 stars on their site. So very misleading to consumers.

Today I received a call from Gabe…Great customer Support!

Today I received a call from Gabe with Tadi Bros responding to my help inquiry on their website. I was having a problem with my 8 year old system and Gabe helped my troubleshoot the system. Unfortunately something has gone wrong in the display software and Gabe explained it would be too expensive to repair or replace that system. It was still working, but not in the split screen mode. Gabe took the time to tell me about the new systems and offer me a fantastic discount to replace my entire system. Once I understood the improvements of the newer systems and considering my systems had served me well for 8 years, I purchased the new product. It’s not very often that a company not only provides a great product, but their customer support is First Class! Thanks you Gabe for taking care of a returning customer! Regards, Bob R.

what made this a great experience was…

what made this a great experience was the tech rep Jonah. She followed up and got the approval required to swap out a system that was unworkable for my application with a replacement that I'm sure will resolve my problem.

Proactive customer service

Josan from customer service reached out to me regarding delivery of my order informing me that there was an issue with the availability of one of my components. She offered options and resolved the situation quickly. She was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. One of the nicest customer service experiences that I’ve had!

I spoke with Sherwin regarding a replacement for a monitor and back up camera. He walked me through several options. Sherwin explained the different features of the units. Sherwin was very patient with me. In the future I will speak with Sherwin who is very knowledgeable. Great job thank you.

Their customer care department and in particular, " Ms.Josan was incredibly helpful and caring to my situation and question . She not only left me a message when I missed her call but also followed up the next day . Thank you Ms.Josan . I would not hesitate to recommend them and she in particular .She and those like her make a good company great
