Pretty easy to research and order. I wish my past orders were put in list so if I forget to favorite something I don't have to search my orders. your packing and shipping needs improvement. I hate that you tape tops in place and it leaves residue on item or wrecks label. There is a product others use to secure tops (tape) that is called Sealer, made by Kenco.

Have been using Swanson off and on for several years. Have always been happy with their products, packaging and shipping. Even when buying another brand, they offer some of the best prices with sales going on. I never worry about getting knock-off or expired products when using Swanson! They are one of the best.

i found this company when i was searching for a pro biotic branr recommended by a doctor I am on several cancer drugs and have to be careful of supplements vitamins ect. that i take I have to have an O.K OR OTHER MEDICINE

I saw Swanson and their products advertised for a few years. The products they offered were vast and some were very rare so they have a large selection of everything and the price is also very affordable.
I wasn't always 100% sure that they could be legit but after trying and using several of their products the past year I give them what they deserve... 5 stars

on the website you dont get the 20 % off and you dont get the free shipping i would get if i had phoned it in, those ladies in the caribbean know the codes and i didnt have the catalog code handy to put in, so i paid a lot more than had i called in, not satisfactory but i did not have the time to call it in, the website is def. inferior to calling it in, no good.

Website changes price of products constantly. It probably takes advantage of elderly. Seems a bit pathetic. Makes me wonder about quality of their products, if the website fraudulent activity is so terrible.

I just checked out after making an order and I can't believe that my coupon code didn't change at the last second like it normally does. Usually, when I hit the "Place Order" button, the price jumps up and it does not actually use the coupon code that I input into the system after careful deliberation. I then have to call Customer Service to fix it for me. (By the way, I love your Customer Service. They are always SO SO nice to me.) Thank you Swanson, for a smooth order process this time!

The website was easy to look up items, order & complete the order. Many items to choose from with great detail & very nice that you can look at back of item to see all ingredients before purchasing. When deleting an item in cart, it was easily done!

Swanson Vitamins does well but its website needs an easy to spot login icon for those with accounts. Also, I note the shipping costs have gone up that almost discouraged my purchase. So, hopefully, inflation will help this matter in the coming months.

All the vitamin I take everyday from Swanson work and do give me what I need.
I know there are some things in the vitamins that I prefer not to have; but not been able to afford the ones that says they don't have those these. Swanson vitamins have done the job, that's all I can say.
The delivery is always prompt and like the packaging which I use for other things.

After placing my order, I almost got tricked into signing up for another company that promised free shipping or cash back which was the first of 3 offensive offers. Swanson used to be better than this. Something changed.....

the site has changed a lot since i started as a customer before 2010. every time that it changed it has become harder and harder to use. the categories are mostly ambiguous and some are no longer there forcing me to have many products in search mode. very irritating especially when the dosage and size options keep jumping and changing before i can click on my choice
