TOP of the line company!
My family that receives the order we send always gets the order the next day or within 3 days and it is a blessing to hear their excitement for the order. Not only does it get there quick but the quality is spectacular they said compared to what they have received from other places in the past. The delivery person is so respectful and kind as well. The prices are amazing so we can afford to send more often so thank you so much!

Great store and trustworthy
I just started using this store and they are amazing! They answer your questions right away and the service is outstanding. I’m very impressed how attentive, polite, helpful everyone is there. I had sent ceiling fan to my family member and he had called them because the instructions came only in English and one of the employees stopped by to make sure that everything was okay with the installation. You just don’t see that type of service anymore! Thank you so much for your hard work.

Damage products
Company is improving a lot but still so many issues with items. Then if you go to Cuba and spend there long time when you come back you start the claim of some spoiled products they tell you sorry ours providers won’t accept this and won’t return nothing or give you the credit 😳. Regard eggs, chicken boxes with missing chicken part you can tell. Pooring water in meat boxes to balance the weight and so on. Most of the time the give the credit back but if you don’t do it on “time “ forget about it. I spend thousands of dollars a year towards my family and my self with food and all kind of things and then they treated you like whatever
