Gold holographic Poms are more a copper color. I returned for a different color. If you need to return anything you will be responsible for return shipping. I will shop Varsity Spirit next time.

Super fast shipping

Super fast shipping! Exact same product I was told to buy from another site but found it cheaper here and it shipped way sooner here than it would from the other site. Will be ordering from them again!

I’ve ordered an Adidas Small Defender…

I’ve ordered an Adidas Small Defender IV Duffel-Navy with my order on August 12th. I’ve received everything but the Duffel Bag. I’ve called several times and was told an email would be sent and I’ve never heard anything back. My daughter has her first game September 7th and we still don’t have any updates on when the bag should arrive. I placed the order with other items and assumed they would all come together. This is kinda disappointing because I’ve heard so many great reviews on the company. This is my first experience and possibly my last time shopping here.

Quick Response

I was able to get online and quickly make my selection and check out. Customer Service was fast to respond when I needed to add part of my shipping address that I mistakenly left off. They were quick to correct it for me before the item shipped out.

I ordered 17 megaphones

I ordered about 17 megaphones. I had to follow up several times to figure out when they would be shipped. I was told after several emails back-and-forth that they were not in stock so I had to wait about 2 months … I again followed up and after the long wait they still haven’t shipped and it took the company a long time to respond to my emails. I just ended up getting a refund and going with a different company and got my megaphones right away.

The quality of these Poms Poms are just…

The quality of these Poms Poms are just as great as ordering from Varsity brand, just significantly cheaper! I am very pleased with the purchase! The shipping was also extremely fast. I had my order of 30 Poms in 3 days!!!

Ordered on 7-29

Ordered on 7-29, and did not receive until 8-19. I had to reach out twice to find out where the order was due to it being longer than the 7-10 days (Business days) as stated. I never got a tracking number, and on your site still shows as processing, when I actually have the megaphones. Also one of the screws for the handle had no threads on it, just FYI.

Great customer service

Our customer service rep, Hunter, was so helpful and made sure everything we ordered was exactly as we wanted! The Banner was such great quality, our signs turned out better than excepted and I we will be able to use them for seasons to come because of the quality!

Megaphones were shipped quickly and the quality was great. I would have liked to have received an email showing they were shipped, with tracking information but that was my only complaint.

You guys were super helpful... you even sent me a link to the manufacturer's website so I could be sure I ordered the correct size (which is notoriously difficult with cheer shoes, apparently). They arrived quickly, in perfect condition and - most importantly - were a perfect fit! One happy customer 😊

Excellent customer service and high quality poms

Liv was extremely helpful in putting an order of almost 300 poms for our program. We are a military youth sports program overseas and finding poms in stock and ready to ship here was difficult this year. Liv helped find the color we needed, and it was shipped extremely fast. Our patrons were extremely happy with the color, quality and shine of the poms.
Thanks to the Superior Cheer team for the excellent customer service. We will be ordering again soon!

Excellent Customer Service

I realized I clicked on a purple skirt instead of blue; customer service contacted me that the item would be delayed in shipping. This is when I realized I ordered the incorrect color so I replied to the email I received asking for help in correcting my order to the desired color. Which they did with no further issues and I received my order just like I wanted. Thanks so much.

I ordered two batons for my…

I ordered two batons for my granddaughters. A last minute gift. Superior Cheer’s website made it easy to choose the batons, were clear about price, most importantly they gave ne a clear delivery date! That was so important cause I wanted these gifts by Christmas. Batons are well made, arrived on time and my grandkids loved them.
