Stabike has always been a reliable source for me when needing items that are otherwise difficult to find in the US. International shipping is not a problem, and I have never had any issues with the accuracy of my order or the quality of the product. This is especially important when ordering specialized or even custom items.

I contacted Starbike about a specific DT Swiss tool. They were able to confirm the exact timescales in which they could get it to me in Austria. I was very pleased their estimate was accurate, the item arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I needed.

I'm happy to write this review. I live in the US and was looking for new set of wheels. While price comparing on Google I came across Starbike. Their Campagnolo WTO wheelset was over $500 less than anywhere in the US (and that is before taxes!).
Shipping was thru DHL, and their Tracking was always on point and updated regularly. (This part was kinda cool) DHL shipped via a commercial flight from Germany to New Jersey and they even gave the flight number. I Googled the flight and watch the plane as it came across the ocean to the US.
Shipping took about 10 days. Customs in both the US and Germany took about 2 days each. Wheels were wonderfully packed. Safe and secure. VERY, VERY, VERY happy with my purchase and the experience overall. I can not say enough good things about Starbike (and working with them for shipping to the US).

Ordered a set of Campagnolo Zonda wheels from Star Bike. Product was delivered within 2 weeks and arrived in excellent condition. Amazing wheelset for the price. Shipping was fine.

DEDA jet 1 clipon bars arrived but without pad stickers, assume this is a Deda problem.

Reported to starbike, with acknowledgement but no solution. I will buy velcro tape.

Not critical but hassel for an expensive product.

I have been looking for Ozone Elite products (waterproof warm-up emulsion) and unable to find it in the United States. I used a S. Korean supplier and it took over 2 months to receive the product with limited customer service. HOWEVER, Starbike was very professional, and kept me in the loop with Emails when the order was placed, processed, and shipped!
I received the product in just a few weeks from Germany. Very pleased. I will purchase again from this seller.

Ordered a set of forks from their website. Currently waiting over 11 days and nothing has been dispatched and I've heard nothing! The order has been "manually locked" and have not been able to contact anyone meaningfully by phone, email, or their ticket system.

I have an open ticket which they have acknowledged for the last week but have failed to give any information or update on my order whatsoever! Even a "sorry to keep you waiting" would be nice.

I can’t fault this company. I’ve bought several bike components off them and I have always been more than satisfied with there service such as communications, delivery and tracking etc.. You may have to pay customs duties on some items if you live in the uk, however the price of the items is normally a lot cheaper than the uk so it balances itself out..at least that what I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend Starbike.com. and I will be using them again… In fact I think I have something in my basket as I write this review. Cheers!

My experience with starbike.com was excellent. I was not sure what to expect, ordering from a supplier in Germany for shipment to the United States. The experience was great. Good communication from starbike, and fast shipping. As you would expect, the shipping took some time to arrive, after clearing US Customs. Overall, very happy with the experience.

I've ordered a few things now from Starbike to be shipped here to the USA, because they usually have the best price (better than Peter White) on stuff like German lighting and hubs. I have never had to pay customs/import fees. Shipping is tracked internationally, and has always come within 3 weeks. Plus, each parcel comes with a little treat bag! Will probably order from this site again next time I need some Schmidt or B&M stuff, if it is still $100 less than Peter White offers...
