Found a unit in a hurry

After extra space rented my unit u had reserved I called spare foot ,very helpful phone agent found me a new unit with a good price I will go check out in a few days . Thanks for helping me out .

Great experience

Great experience. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all the questions I had. I was showed the unit before doing the paperwork just in case I wanted to make any changes. Highly recommend this place.

Quick & Easy

The whole process was quick and easy. In less than 10 minutes I had a storage unit. I was especially pleased that I was able to take advantage of the deal they arr offering at this time - half price rental fee for 3 months and 3 months free. I was pleasanty supprised when I got to the unit that the floor was raised and there was a trench on either side so my stuff wouldn't get wet - if water could even get past the seal on the bottom of the door.

Assistant was rude and condescending

Assistant was rude and condescending. And, once I actually spoke with the storage company, they would not allow the items I was hoping to store. But the representative knew what I was planning to store when he booked the reservation. Would not recommend

Motorhome storage

I was looking to store my motorhome near my apartment and your business came up on my Google search and your prices are very reasonable.

Amazing

Amazing. Fast and contactless, I compared and chose a unit and had my pile o stuff out of my house in less than an hour- and I'm really pleased with the unit that I ended up with both in size and features, which all the info that I cared about was front and center thanks to sparefoot

Easy to use

The site is easy to use and I was able to find a storage location close to home. The location allowed us to view the space before committing to a lease. Our space is perfectly level. SpareFoot is definitely an easy way to select an RV storage spot.

My dad has a unit in mini u storage at…

My dad has a unit in mini u storage at Westminster and I found a special offer in internet and I went to minu u storage to pay for the unit but the guy in the office (Many) told me that I can’t get the special offer that I got in SpareFoot because my Dad has his units there. I think that the purpose is to rent the units but wasn’t like that. I’m very disappointed of it I don’t recommend mini u storage at Westminster.

Customer service found Unit quickly but…

Customer service found Unit quickly but was second floor…actually called facility about first floor and found another location within 5 miles of new home. We had just moved, received our furniture and the sofa would not fit in the new apartment. Sent e-mail…. Was easy and appreciated the above and beyond customer service.

easy fast

The storage I was in gave me a 10 day notice that they were shutting down. I made 1 call and had a space to have my trailer moved to.

Excellent personalized customer service

The customer service rep, Mario, was very thorough, looked for alternate storage options in the area. Found a better option that suits my moving plans. He was very helpful and took time to help me out.
