Bought my Epic Pass through Ski.com
Bought my Epic Pass through Ski.com. When I created my account and password, all of my information: address, phone number, and household members were for someone who is NOT me!!! Not sure if this is more of a Ski.com issue or Epic Pass issue?
Received a call from Ski.com immediately! Together we confirmed that the issues I was having were more of an Epic Pass issue and NOT a Ski.com issue. The contact at Ski.com (Tim) was professional and sincere in his follow-up with Epic to let them know that some folks (me) had kind of a "nightmare" experience in setting up my Epic profile, and getting a "hard copy" pass mailed to my home address! My experience with Ski.com is worthy of the updated 5-star review! Meanwhile Vail Resorts/Epic will be getting some constructive feedback as to how they should be treating their customers better!
