Bought my Epic Pass through Ski.com

Bought my Epic Pass through Ski.com. When I created my account and password, all of my information: address, phone number, and household members were for someone who is NOT me!!! Not sure if this is more of a Ski.com issue or Epic Pass issue?

Received a call from Ski.com immediately! Together we confirmed that the issues I was having were more of an Epic Pass issue and NOT a Ski.com issue. The contact at Ski.com (Tim) was professional and sincere in his follow-up with Epic to let them know that some folks (me) had kind of a "nightmare" experience in setting up my Epic profile, and getting a "hard copy" pass mailed to my home address! My experience with Ski.com is worthy of the updated 5-star review! Meanwhile Vail Resorts/Epic will be getting some constructive feedback as to how they should be treating their customers better!

Adam was amazing

Adam was amazing, we were trying to plan our snowboarding trip to Japan, our first time, and he didn't just help us but completely guided us and created our whole trip, we had bunch hic ups regarding that during our stay there was NO bullet train service from Tokyo, Adam found us the perfect flight and arrange our pick up from the airport in Sapporo to our Hotel. We can't wait for our trip

Excellent !

We have booked ski trips with Anthony for years and I cannot recommend him enough ! We like to try a new place each year. He is able to guide us through which resorts to choose , the pros and cons of each one , knowing where the lodging is in relation to ie ski school, what the slopes are like - he is a wealth of invaluable knowledge . Further the process of booking through ski.com is so easy . He takes care of rentals , passes , ski school , in addition to lodging . Always readily available for my questions to make the process easy

Lilly was Amazing

Lilly was amazing. I have never been to Breckenridge before and was unsure how to plan a ski vacay. I told her our dates, wants, and budget and she had 3 options to choose from in just a few minutes. I was able to bundle lift tickets and equipment rental together with our 3 bedroom condo. All of this came in more than $1,000 under my budget.

Great response time

Tench was so easy to work with and responded so quickly to my numerous questions. I was able to put together a fabulous ski trip in just a matter of minutes.

Amazing customer service

I would like to highly praise the customer service provided by And Googins who has been helping me find accommodation in the French Alps.
