Will I ever listen! Or in this instant take notice of all the bad reviews Sephora has amassed. My order for a waterproof eye liner arrived or should I say, didn’t arrive today. Within two minutes of the courier handing over the package, I opened it to find - nothing! At best I was expecting the liner to be faulty but never invisible. I have emailed the company but given the awful reviews about their customer service I’m girding myself. Watch this space . . .

FIRST TIME SHOPPING WITH SEPHORA AND DEFINITELY MY LAST!
I was eyeing off a perfume for quite sometime mainly due to the price but finally caved in and made an online order. I also got my scrunchies just for the hell of it. I received my confirmation email and not even 24 hrs later I got the notification it had been shipped Yay! An hour after receiving the tracking information I got another email saying there was a "technical glitch" and the perfume wasn't shipped. After contacting them via email I was informed that the perfume hadn't been shipped as it was "out of stock" and I would be receiving a refund in 10 business days! First thing I did was jump online again and checked to see if the perfume was out of stock and long behold... IT'S STILL AVAILABLE!
After 2 days of ignored emails and messages I'm no further ahead as I was before. Of course there's nothing they can do as the refund has been processed.
The thing I'm most angry about is I wasn't informed before the order was shipped, I wasn't given an option to wait until the stock became available or anything. They offered me a 15% voucher but as if I'm going to give these people another dollar!
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

DELIBERATE FALSE MARKETING
Says use code “ GETPOINTS” for 500 extra points if you spend $75. My order has subtotal of over $80. I enter the code GETPOINTS and it says “the promotion you have entered has expired or has run out of inventory “ How do you run out of points? It proves they intentionally falsely advertise. It expires Sept 6th. Today is Sept 3. Don’t promise what you can’t deliver. Sephora has changed over the years and not in a good way

this is just disgusting attitude towards consumers, I waited for my order for almost a month, what it turns out in the end: the hand cream they brought was not the one I paid for (nobody compensated me for this)
I took collagen for my mother to try, as a result the package was opened and some of it was just scattered around the package
when I contacted the employees with this problem they told me that everything was issued correctly on our side, there should not be any mistakes, if there are any problems write to the mail
I will never go back there again

the worst experience I've ever had with an online cosmetics store. There is no care and attention to the customers' products, everything is done superficially. I wanted to speak to someone higher up and it seems that there is none at Sephora online. Please avoid this online store

They don't even deserve a one star. Horrid customer service. Rude, ignorant, incompetent, dishonest, gossiping employees. The district manager does nothing. They hire children and they act like children. If I ever spoke to a client in the same way as they did, I would be out of my job. Ordering off the app is even worse. Nothing but errors and useless managers.

I visited Sephora having an idea of what I wanted, I asked Ambi for help regarding a particular colour corrector as my under eyes are super dark. Ambi tested 3 on me, and I left feeling so much more confident with the coverage. I went in only wanting 1 thing but left with 6 items as my face looked so good with what Ambi recommended - thanks Ambi!

I recently started to purchase makeup and skin care products from Sephora again and I am very pleased with the variety and availability of products for all Ethnic groups. I feel like I'm being catered for. Beauty Assistants, Refal and Sumayah are amazing, kind and very helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer Service is top notch. I will be visiting Al Noor Mall in Medina more often. Thank you

I'm so fed up with this company. They stock a great range of products but their CS is shocking. I went for a make up lesson in store when it first opened which was so bad I had to ask for a refund.
I've since ordered several times online instead. At least 3 of those I later get an email telling me my ordered item is actually not in stock and here's a refund - always minus the shipping! Every time I've had to contact them again and ask for the shipping to be refunded! No apology nothing, just that it gets done eventually.
Latest issue is on a revised product - after the previous version went out of stock (they did the green and the peach colour corrector) I was gutted as it was perfect for me, great match and good applicator. This new version is terrible! Very bad application design with the twist function - for somebody with bad hands in any way this is really difficult and frustrating - I wanted to throw it out the window trying to get the plastic off then the forever twisting to get any product out arrggghhh! No thought for the actual user. Then I see now it's sat for a little while after use it's used quite a bit of the product in just one under eye application! Or is it that actually there's hardly any room in that tube?!
Went to write a review and it won't post. Tried several devices, cleared cookies etc, it won't post. They clearly do not want negative reviews.
Very disappointing. So here I am Sephora, trying to ensure the public know how much you do not care for us and also want to take advantage. I will purchase elsewhere after giving you several chances.

I ordered an item. I received the wrong item. I contacted customer services, no apology. I was told they would check the correct item was in stock. They confirmed the correct item was in stock. I returned the wrong item. Customer services confirmed the correct item would be sent. Today I receive the same wrong item! So I now have to return the wrong item again. So much of my time wasted.

I returned a product within the allowable timeframe and did receive a confirmation email noting the item was received. Ive waited 2 weeks for a refund and finally contacted their customer support chat to be told the refund didn’t go through due to some technical problem because I used Apple Pay BUT they said to wait 72 more hours and the refund would be “pushed” through!
I waited more than 72 hours and was told that a store credit was issued instead BUT if I added the credit card to my account it would be “pushed” through and I would receive my refund and I would receive an email confirmation. Well, quess what?
Added the card 14 hours ago while on the phone with them and have yet to receive either a confirmation email or a refund
Never ever will I order anything from them again.

Terrible service. Ordered Sunday night before the shipping cut off for next day service and the order wasn’t even dispatched until Tuesday! Customer service is shocking. No one ever available to answer live chat so you wait 2 days for an email reply!
Don’t use this website, especially not if you are in a hurry for an order!

Exceptionally slow delivery service. My order was supposed to arrive on Monday and again today by noon, but it hasn't shown up. It's frustrating that there's no way to speak with someone, and they recommend waiting at least 10 days before contacting them about any issues.
I believe there are better options out there. It feels like this company prioritizes bulk orders over individual customer service

They recalled my order without me asking, I spoke to a customer agent who admitted fault their name was "Bhavini" she said it was her error for this but could not cancel the re call order. Awful, Never use Sephora and if you do pray you do not have to speak to customer services.

Good value and arrived very quickly. I am marking down due to the fact that the box was over twice the size of the two items and there was so much packaging it took up a quarter of a recycling sack. It might be cardboard and paper but unnecessary packaging is still not eco friendly. I’m saddened that companies still do this. Sephora please take note.
