kristen was amazing and made the experience super easy. very clean property and staff makes sure everything is more then perfect to make the process so much easier. hands down best experience when dealing with a storge facility. thanks kristen!!!

Great Experience

Searching for and reserving a storage unit online wit SelfStorage was easy and straight forward. The process was great. The follow-up phone call was welcomed because as it turned out I had a few questions, which were answered with pleasure. A very positive experience.

I visited several storage facilities in…

I visited several storage facilities in the area. NOT a single one of these businesses were as helpful and friendly and courteous as Lisa at AVID STORAGE.
This lady is by far the best.
The entire experience I had here was awesome. She definitely takes pride in her job and went above and beyond in all aspects.Very professional and provided a very friendly personable atmosphere. The rates are very reasonable and units are clean and well cared for. The best experience.

Came into this location yesterday to…

Came into this location yesterday to rent a storage. HAD to come back and post my wonderful experience. Dave went above and beyond to assist me; and it really meant a lot. He explained the monthly rate, insurance and made it a delightfully informed encounter. I highly recommend this location!

I Spoke to Hazel and She Was Very Helpful

I spoke to Hazel and she was very helpful in changing my reservation to a larger storage unit. She was friendly and eager to find a solution for my request. I appreciate her assistance as I am moving from another state to the town where Hazel is employed. Working with Hazel made me feel at ease and happy I selected this storage facility.

The staff were friendly and helpful…

The staff were friendly and helpful with my reservation and reminder to move into the unit. I found the unit online and the rate was reasonably priced for the size and location needed. Thanks Jack and Stu for providing excellent customer service over the phone.

Horrible experience

I filled out the info online then had to re-answer all the questions over the phone when I only had a question on how to get insurance. Didn't appreciate having to redo it all. Then I got to 082 and there were over 10 spider pods nests and there was a wasmp nest plus super difficult to open. I decided to cancel my storage unit horrible experience.

Overall great experience

Price was competitive. Location was convenient and in great condition. Staff was very helpful and walked me around the facility until I found a unit that suited my need.

Misleading and/or misinformation

Misleading and/or misinformation. Loaded 4 door car down until it was squating because was told that id be able to get into it yesterday 9/13 the day I rented it only to find out after the 45 minute drive there that can't get into it until monday

Great customer service

Great customer service! I’ve used different storage places across the country and this was by far the easiest and fastest process, and with the friendliest staff. Daniel answered all my questions and showed me the different options for the same size unit and I was able to make a better choice of unit at the same price with his input. A+++ experience and customer service!

Mya knows about everything there is to…

Mya knows about everything there is to know about how to manage her property If she was not available to answer the phone and says she will call back, she Will call back. I was a bit irked with a recent rate hike and we got together to discuss the matter and she gave me a solution I was most pleased with AND walked me through the process . Nothing but polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient all the way. .Mya, at 3732A Westheimer Road in Houston, TX 77027 is the kind of manager businesses and customers look for . Do whatever you can to keep her, and give her a hefty and we'll deserved raise, please.

Brad at the reservation desk was excellent on the phone, and when I visited the facility to check out the unit and complete the reservation process. The facility was neat and organized, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

Horrible Customer Service ALL the way around!

Had my reservation, showed up to the office to find out the office was closed. Then called the customer service number and received 3 links to complete reservation, pay and receive gate code and was unsuccessful. Was told the manager would call back and NEVER received a call, and at the end I drove the car back to my home, hopefully I will try again tomorrow! High dissatisfied customer!

Melanie was extremely professional

Melanie was extremely professional; she was quick in getting my lock and giving directions regarding the rental and gate access. She was also very courteous and friendly...much better than Public Storage! I appreciate personal service with a smile, and I WILL be referring Cube Smart to other people seeking storage options. Unit was also very clean and pristine, which I appreciate, as was property! Thank you so much, Cube Smart!

The storage room facilities were all…

The storage room facilities were all nice got in with no problems. Everything was great except setting up to get the room was kind of a pain. It’s a long process and a lot of paperwork filling out online. I’m not real computer smart, so it made it very difficult for me all just to rent a little storage room, I thought I was buying a car house as much paperwork as I had to fill out for a storage room that if you don’t pay for they immediately keep your stuff with no questions ask but the storage room facilities are great and nice I like them I give them a five star Procedures to get up to renting that room was a lot more hassle than it was worth
