Good technical support
I primarily manage our Moodle educational site for customers, and create most of the training content. I've had to learn how to be a Web admin and was able to install both Moodle and WordPress from scratch. Scala and their support have helped me out of some tough spots, and their knowledge about Moodle have been very helpful. I now run and admin 3 Moodle sites across 2 VPS accounts with good success!
