Pleased with the necklace and service!

Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions and showing me the items in stock similar to the pendant necklace I wanted. The order process was seamless, and my necklace was delivered to the store ahead of schedule. I’m enjoying wearing it and happy with the product. Thanks so much!

Always a good experience

The salesperson, Savannah, was extremely helpful and patient. She took her time with me and never tried to push me to one thing or another.

I've been a customer at this location for more years than I can remember and always had a pleasant shopping experience.

Beautiful rings

Beautiful rings, fast shipping, awesome customer service.
At my previous purchase, there was a glitch in the system and my order was accidentally placed twice.
Rhianna quickly reached out to me in regards ti the duplicate order, which I really appreciated.

I am now going on 8 weeks waiting for a…

I am now going on 8 weeks waiting for a piece of jewelry purchased in July. Over 30 emails and several hours on calls and trips to ups stores with reeds customer service asking me to call and follow up with ups. I have now missed a wedding gift/ surprise. I still do not have the jewelry or an eta.

I love the jewelry but there’s no mark…

I love the jewelry but there’s no mark or verification of the 14k gold which I thought had to be on all fine jewelry

I love my new family birthstone rings

I love my new family birthstone rings! It was so easy to order, everything was done correctly and reasonably priced and my rings arrived before I expected them so that was wonderful. Size was right on and the stones were large enough to be seen and recognized for the birth month they represent. So glad I chose Reeds

Wonderful service

There was an issue with the shipment, all on UPS part, not Reeds. Reeds was so excellent at working with me, especially Rhianna. They made sure we got our order.

Small and cheap looking

Small and cheap looking. Also chain of necklace came tangled as ever. They folded up the gift note. Like I could have purchased it from Walmart. Never buying from here again. Highly disappointed

Customer Service Great/shipping well??

All customer service agents I spoke with not only were especially kind and friendly but went out of their way to try and make sure my husbands watch arrived in time for his surprise 60th birthday party.
Your shipping department could use some tweaking!!! I ordered an expensive watch for my husband’s surprise 60th birthday party. It was to be shipped overnight. It arrived 3 days later about 2 hours before the psrty. What an embarrassment it would have been to not have a gift to give on such a special day. I find this unacceptable.

Missed ‘Out of Stock’ Notification

I booked an order on a men’s wedding band and the website failed to inform me/withhold orders on the particular size that was not in stock. A loaner size was negotiated to be sent to me, yet still failed to arrive the date as expected per Express Shipping. This neglect failed my wedding day wishes to have the ring on time. I hope to hear from management on compensation when the correct size arrives. There needs to be more attentiveness according to inventory—this unfortunately led to neglect to updating the website according to availability, and/or informing their customers that the order couldn’t not be fulfilled post-sale.

A Great Experience

From the moment we walked into the store we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. As we were choosing my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands, it was a decision carefully thought about and prayed upon.
The sales agents and management were patient and informed while guiding us through the inventory.
We are quite satisfied with our purchases and would recommend Reed's to anyone in the market for fine jewelry.
