After looking at numerous You Tubes videos and researching different sites IRT collection of rain water I came the across RainHarvest site. I opted for two of the Global Plastics 1500 gallon underground storage tanks, the 1.25 h.p. 115 v submersible pump, and the Graf Optimax rainwater filter bundle. Every singe time I called I got to talk with a knowledgeable person who had answers to every question I put to them. The hardest thing to do was finding someone who had any idea of installing such a system. I ended up calling my Brother who ended up driving 2400+ miles to help get the system up and running. I live in the mountains on a well and this 3000 gallon system gives me piece of mind knowing that if fires get close to my property, I have a viable system to keep the fire at bay. It’s also nice not to use the well to water the garden, of wash the car. All in all, I am very pleased with the system.

The cover filter setup we ordered got here fast and fit nicely on our large collection tank. The cover that goes over the filter screen was easy to cut to fit the gutter inside. We like this setup much better than just having a filter with no cover, so we'll replace others with this cover setup.

The tank level indicator seems like it will work great. Hopefully I have it calibrated enough that I am getting a somewhat correct reading. Followed the instructions. I received a very nice email from the gentleman in charge of my order, who indicated that I could contact him with any questions or problems.

Item arrived after delays due to world wide pandemic and product shortages (run on berkey water filtration systems). I received email alerting to the delays and the option to cancel order. I allowed order to complete and eventually the unit arrived in good condition as ordered. Can not fault RainHarvest for the delays, everywhere I tried to order they were out of stock at the time. Satisfied overall.

This system is well thought out, and pretty straightforward to assemble and install.

The only slight modification I had to make was the discharge port, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The pump that came with the unit seems top notch. It’s whisper quiet and moves a serious amount of water quickly.

An easy an effective way to recycle water to use for irrigation.

Rainharvest sells awesome tanks, fixtures and accessories I can find nowhere else! I had a problem with an overflow adapter I ordered, and they got back to me right away and we eventually figured out that I was doing it wrong! So one suggestion for improvement would be to include detailed instructions with the products, but I still think these folks are 5 stars

An especially great shoutout to John in tech help, shipping department. He helped me locate a replacement screen for one of my Leaf Eater downspouts. It’s really too bad that the manufacturer does not offer replacement screens - they need to! They do wear out from time to time.

Placed Two orders with this company other than the USPS dropping the ball these guys are awesome they get you order out fast. They were more than helpful on the phone with providing the information I needed so I can order what I needed. Highly recommend these guys.

Great specialized products and service. Sparking of service, Dan Peters was very responsive and informative as my customer service rep. He gave me plenty of options for delivery when one of my ordered items was out of stock. Furthermore, he seemed to have a certain amount of expertise in rainwater catchment which is reassuring.

Shipping speed was better than average and packaging of my items was well done.

I would definitely buy from again.

Wonderful experience. My Sterilight bulb and Quartz sleeve broke in transit. When I opened the package and discovered the damage, I took pictures and e-mailed the company. Dan Peters was awesome - he responded promptly and told me he was shipping a replacement set and thanked me for the pictures to help them file a claim with the carrier. He followed up with me and let me know when my replacement was shipped and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use RainHarvest Systems again next year when it is time to replace the bulb and sleeve. Thanks to Dan and the company for great customer service and support!

I was disappointed it took 4 months to get my Berkey filter system. Other Berkey dealers had them after everyone couldn't get them. My package did not include an instruction booklet. There was no testing red dye included which other companies sent out. I will get my supplies elsewhere in the future.

All needed items in stock and delivered in timely manner. I had some technical questions but all supporters were unavailable. However, I left message and received callback later that day. Even though it was 5pm or maybe a little after, he stayed on the phone and thoroughly answered all my questions. Good job guys !

I would not have believed it, I did buy extra filters. Our water is so bad, you can't even use it to water the lawn. I stopped buying bottled water and now am using my well water for drinking, cooking and even use it for my ice maker. Best example, I was drinking diet cokes almost exclusively, I drank 3 quarts of water just last evening. I will be calling to order one for my company plant. Although, I have to have it tested after filtering, so if you have a source you can suggest for that, I sure would appreciate it.

The RainHarvest System is AWESOME, I bought two of them. They catch water even from condensation. My metal roof covers 3,600 sq feet so even with just condensation, I catch ~30 gallons in a night.

Then my wife found the exact same product for sale on Amazon from another vendor for about $90.00 less. I purchased it too--exact same product but no shipping fee if you have Prime.

The only thing I can think of at this time that would make the product better is for the hose connections to be made of brass. Applying a brass fitting to a plastic fitting will sooner or later result in failure.

Rainnharvest was upfront and contacted me personally to update me on the availability and late shipment of the Berkey system I had ordered. Due to the pandemic, my system was manufactured and shipped much later than expected. They phoned me to let me know and offered to cancel my order (I didn’t cancel). They contacted me 2 more times to update me as to when I would receive it. It arrived sooner than expected and in perfect condition. Thank you Rain Harvest!

I just recently discovered this company while looking for a water filter that was difficult to find elsewhere. What a gem I found. After finding out the other products that they offer I will be a repeat customer, already have been!
