The representatives that I talked understood what we were looking for and asked a lot of questions before offering recommendations. If a staff member did not know the answer they directed and linked me with someone that did. They took my budget and presented items that fit in that as well as offering alternatives that were outside that for a better comparison. The items also arrived in a quick/timely manner. We will definitely work with them again.

I bought a lamp, but the one I received was broken. The Customer Service Representative that handled my case was Lauri P.. She did an outstanding job in resolving my problem. Communications over the phone and by email were exceptional. I wish that all representatives were like her.

Everything you could possibly imagine went wrong. Would never return to this vendor again. Customer service rep was nice but overall company failed at every turn to deliver.

After more than 10 years, two projectors, projector mounts, an ALR screen and a lot of replacement bulbs, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fair prices and the best, most knowledgeable people will help make your home theater experience a great one as well. Highly recommended. Buy it, watch it, eat more popcorn - it's all a joy.

Worked with us to utilize a PO system paid by grant funding through a 3rd party which is always a mess. Turns out, it was near the last unit in stock and the sales rep put a reserve on it for us till our paperwork could get a chance to get off the ground. So grateful for the consideration, oh and the projector is fantastic.

Easy ordering, SUPER quick shipping, and we had to return items we ended up not needing because of our location and the process to return was smooth. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. When we need another projector, this will be our first and only stop!

Awesome projector. But... Lately, I've notice a kind of shimmering distortion in movies whenever the camera pans. Kind of like a fun house mirror. Not sure if it's the projector itself or the screen, which is a pull-down. Would be thankful for any ideas/insights.
