Poor Assembly and Support Raises Concern
The bike preforms well now. However, when I complained to them about the crank making a creaking sound, they discouraged me from taking it into the shop, and instead tried to lead me to fix it on my own. After a few failed suggestions, I ended up taking it into a licensed shop where, after dismantling the crank, the technician told me they had neglected to apply any grease during assembly. This fixed the creaking sound.
Now Priority did cover the cost of the shop, but their approach did not give me confidence in them. It feels risky enough to order a bike from across the country rather than from a local shop, but their lack of support confirms it. Additionally, them neglecting to assemble the bike correctly with grease in the crank affirms the low level design of craft and care they have.
