Get to work!

I've got 600 commuter miles on the Onyx and it is as advertised. After a break-in period, shifting is smooth, brakes are burly, and overall construction is bombproof. The thing handles like a cruise missile and easily keeps up with town traffic. Auto running lights and zero maintenance drive system make this a reliable every-day commuter.

I average 40- 50 miles a week

I average 40- 50 miles a week. So far i have loged 600+miles. The shift and breaks are flawless, the bike is well built and sturdy. I dont know who said they have a problem with 23 deg. hills when i shoot right up in 2nd gear on 34 deg. hills. The only question i have is can i upgrade the fork to one that has shocks for dirt biking? Asides; this is a great bike and there are manufacturers who charge double the price and their bikes breakdown after either just out the box or when the warranty expires. PS: when are you guys going to make a dirt bike for 6'4" guys...standing in line!!

I’m loving the 600hxt

I’m loving the 600hxt. It’s truly a bike that can be ridden pretty much anywhere. It sheds on single. It’s comfortable on long rides. The parts spec is awesome. And the pinion smart shift and gates belt drive are so much better than a standard chain and derailleur drive train.

No problems

The online purchase process was good, though I had to double check the shipping discount. Bike arrived without any damage but there were a few minor defects. Support team was able to help me via email sort the problems. Now I'm bike-commuting to work regularly.

Incredible design and customer service

Incredible design and customer service

Bang for your buck, nothing beats my priority bikes single speed. I had an issue with the front sprocket needing replaced and customer service had diagnosed the issue and shipped a new one in 2 days - outstanding. The bike's design is so simple and rides so smooth. I would never have thought that the lack of a clanking chain and not having to switch gears would actually make a bike ride more therapeutic, but it does. Just one less thing to worry about. Thanks team, I'll be buying another from you all when we need a 2nd bike.

Priority’s quality is exceptional.

I love my bike and can’t imagine riding anything other than a Priority, especially with the smoothness of the belt drive. I could be happier. I also love the accessories and the quality recommendations for helmets.

Priority Bikes

Priority Bikes, and specifically Lou, went out of their way to ensure they had our preferred bikes, in our size, to try during our trip to NYC even though their New York office is not typically the place for this. As potential purchasers from another country is was important for us to see the bikes and to ride the bikes before purchasing, and Lou facilitated this. The Priority 600X with the Pinion belt drive turned out to be all we were looking for and more for our next touring adventure. Priority worked with us on a fair price given our Canadian exchange rate and they handled all the packaging and shipping. We highly recommend Priority Bikes.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Prompt shipping and hassle-free returns. Oh, by the way, the bikes are pretty terrific, too. Their products appeal to a variety of riders; real riders, not weight wienies. I've been riding for more than 60 years from crap to overpriced and those in between. The Gemini is not perfect in all regards but it's a fine ride for those who favor the practical over the pompous.

Priority & 600ADX. Perfection!!

Ridding the 600ADX around New England. An absolute dream. So smooth and powerful. Team at Priority answered all my questions before purchase. Effortless purchase experience. They definitely have their act together. Will be purchasing more bikes for my family in the future from them. And a big big big thank you goes to Ryan Van Duzer for all the inspirational videos.

Great customer service from Priority

Great customer service from Priority. My bike being a year old, out of warranty, didn’t mean Lou needed to spend as much time trouble shooting my issue. But he kept up, until he resolved it. Email contact was consistent, I didn’t have to chase them for an answer. In the end it was resolved and I’m back riding. Love Priority customer values.

If you’re looking for the new wheels

If you’re looking for the new wheels, check PRIORITY BICYCLES. Highly recommend them. Excellent knowledgeable customer service. My bicycle’s on warranty, so I’ve got spare parts for my e-bike from PRIORITY fast and free of charge, but with some deposit, and when I’ve sent defective parts back ( I’ve got free shipping label also ), I’ve got my deposit back immediately. Thank you very much, lads! Cheers!

Decent but overpriced

Pinion is amazing and bike is very stout but value just isn't there for a Canadian. Its also HEAVY. After currency exchange, duties and taxes it arrived at just about $6k CAD. I could have bought a carbon full suspension for this price and the two bikes are not comparable. I do like the bike but overpriced for Canadians.

worth the wait

they keep in touch with me during the order process and answered all my inquiries quickly. This bike was given to several experts by 'Priority' who conducted reviews during the production process which helped ensure the bike was up to standards prior to delivery.

Awesome as always

From the first time I asked a question about buying my 600, to this experience of buying a replacement belt for a spare for an upcoming tour. The staff, products and web page have been awesome. If they ever change I can only believe that it would be some way that they improve their services and products even more.

Poor Assembly and Support Raises Concern

The bike preforms well now. However, when I complained to them about the crank making a creaking sound, they discouraged me from taking it into the shop, and instead tried to lead me to fix it on my own. After a few failed suggestions, I ended up taking it into a licensed shop where, after dismantling the crank, the technician told me they had neglected to apply any grease during assembly. This fixed the creaking sound.
Now Priority did cover the cost of the shop, but their approach did not give me confidence in them. It feels risky enough to order a bike from across the country rather than from a local shop, but their lack of support confirms it. Additionally, them neglecting to assemble the bike correctly with grease in the crank affirms the low level design of craft and care they have.

Some of the best Customer Service

Priority was always really responsive when I had a question. I sized between a L and an XL but had purchased a large bike and after a few months felt it wasn't the right fit. I see reached out to Priority and they had allowed me to return the L for an XL even though the return window had closed.

While assembling the bike I ran into some snags and they were ready to assist even with it being 10pm or so.
