I haven't interacted directly with staff yet, but each item I have purchase has arrived on time, and the items have met my expectations each time. I've purchased guitars, effects, and studio equipment directly from Pitbull Audio's website and through their store on Reverb.com. They also carry a wide variety of brands, including a few boutique items that aren't always available from the bigger online retailers.

Spent a great deal of time researching audio mixers. Tried to be frugal by contemplating certain various brands. But all of the reviews were too iffy. Finally chose a quality make and model by Yamaha. Much higher price point, but the results are definitely worth the investment! Sound clarity, list of features, durability, and reputation are all top-notch. Pitbull Audio was kind enough to beat a price quote I found elsewhere! Plus their points system from prior orders allowed even more savings. Highly recommend both Yamaha and Pitbull Audio for any musical equipment considerations!!

Flawless experience. I’m always hesitant due to the import process. Some stores are reluctant to ship over to Mexico. I was gladly surprised how smooth the process was.

The chat associate was great and gave me a nice returning customer discount as Pitbull always does. They treat the loyal customers well. The D'Angelico that was supposedly "B" stock was perfect, not sure why it was considered that because I couldn't find a flaw on it nowhere. It looks, plays, and sounds great!

I've looked all over the internet and could not find a pair of new Pioneer CDJ-900 Nexus Table Top Multi Media Player, every site I went to was out of stock and I had to put up with aggressive sales people with Shady sales tactics, then out of nowhere I found Pitbull Audio and I'm so grateful I did. I was very happy to give them my money. I had my players in two days, thanks Pitbull Audio. I will be doing business with you again and I'm telling all my friends who are Dj's too about your company.

I've purchased a few times from Pitbull Audio now and I'm always happy with the service here. While sometimes things can go wrong with manufacturers and QC they've done what they could to set things right.

Is it great upgrade my guitar very easy to install. I do have a Jazzmaster remastered into a rock and roll machine. Put high powered humbuckers made by a Tim Shaw at the neck humbucker number 1neck in the bridge.2 Now hold on I still got it soldered all the harness that you sent me can't wait hear that sweet fender Jazzmaster player.
