I was a bit hesitant about ordering online from a pawn outfit. The tool was advertised very appealing and the pictures of the tool looked as if it was factory new.
According to the delivery info, it was set to arrive but it came earlier than the expected date. To my surprise the tool was exactly as advertised and practically new condition. I appreciate the honesty and trouble free experience. I’d use Pawn America again.

Excellent experience! I will be buying from Pawn America again. The product was exactly as described (dewalt nail gun) tested and it was working and in described condition which was like new. Shipping was great and with good communication. All and all highly recommend this place. Thanks guys!

I am leaving 5 stars for the customer service I received and not making it lower just because there was a slight issue. They shipped extremely fast, but the packing could have been better since it was 2 boxes taped together. Luckily, the sax I ordered came in a hard case. The description and pictures were good except they missed a dent that was on the bow of the instrument. In their defense it could have been an oversight since it almost looked like it was supposed to be there. After finding this dent I contacted them, and to fix the issue they were willing to pay return shipping AND allow me to keep the sax until I found a replacement. However, in the end, I decided to keep the item, since I had it checked professionally, and it was in very good condition. I was told the dent was not an issue. I will definitely come back and purchase from them if I ever need things like this or anything else I don't want to pay full price for. Especially since I was so happy with the customer service and shipping.

I was looking for Sony camcorder on the internet. I found one at below market price at PawnAmerica, in Madison, Wi. I was a bit sceptical, so the next morning I called, and a nice person answered, and confirmed that the product is available. I made the purchase on their website and i received my camcorder 5 days later via Fedex ground. Product is awesome. So I give these people a 5 star.

seem to have a decent inventory turnover. wish all stores had same prices on the same items. example....ps5 controllers,,,,some $39.99 and some $49.99 for exact same one. switch games $29,99 ti $34.99 for exact same game.

I ordered a piece of music equipment. It was put in a bubble mailer pouch but was UNSEALED with the white tag covering adhesive still attached in a big box filled with Styrofoam packing peanuts. Because it was packaged poorly, a bunch of dust particles from the peanuts filled the many openings for instrument cables.
I had to buy $20 of canned air and clear them all out, took me about 3 hours to finally get it to a working condition.

In the end I give 3 stars because the equipment is fine and was offered a return as a solution (which I didn't take because it wasn't worth $600 of mine in limbo while I waited for the return to process), but was a frustrating and time consuming experience in the end. Please update your packaging practices and STOP USING TOXIC STYROFOAM!! There are way better options for your customers and the planet!!!!

The online shopping experience was very efficient. I received enough reminders regarding my "current" search to keep me motivated to make my decision.
