After multiple issues with this order, I received an email mentioning you did not have one of the set in stock anymore, so I asked you for a refund, obviously...
On August 15th, I received an email requesting my bank details (RIB), which I promptly provided.
Today is September 13th, and I still have not received the refund!!!
I was assured a full refund within 14 days. According to UK's consumer protection law, I am entitled to a prompt refund. I am extremely disappointed with the company's lack of response and adherence to consumer rights.
