Very efficient chat customer service
I had to get into contact with customer services very late in the evening when the phone help lines had already closed for the day .Conveniently Nike provide an out of hours chat line and I got Benjamin online after a short wait.
I briefly explained my issue with an order and without further ado he managed to arrange a replacement to be sent out which is now on its way.
Back to being a very happy customer!
