Very efficient chat customer service

I had to get into contact with customer services very late in the evening when the phone help lines had already closed for the day .Conveniently Nike provide an out of hours chat line and I got Benjamin online after a short wait.

I briefly explained my issue with an order and without further ado he managed to arrange a replacement to be sent out which is now on its way.

Back to being a very happy customer!

I recently purchased a Nike T-shirt…

I recently purchased a Nike T-shirt from Nike.com. The shirt has a comfortable fit and is made from quality material. However, the sizing was a bit off, running slightly smaller than expected. While the design is stylish, the color faded a bit after a few washes. Overall, it’s a decent shirt but not exceptional. 3 stars.

The nike.com website awful!

The nike.com website is an absolute disaster. I have spent over an hour trying to place an order with them. Multiple payment options, credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, every time they just give an error. They show a support phone number, which when called just says "you've dialled an incorrect number". Tried the chat, and then just tell you to try something else. We've had two different browsers and the mobile app all with errors. If I wasn't trying to use a Gift Voucher then I would just abandon ordering.

Horrific customer experience

My order was due for delivery on 22nd August. As this hasn’t arrived and I’ve received zero communication from Nike I have been in touch through live chat as well as Via phone and I got told to wait ‘maximum 9 days’. Since that date passed I got in touch again, every time I speak to someone on the phone they tell me ‘just wait’ and end the call. The live chat athletes say the exact same generic responses and end the chat. I spent £378 and not receive by any communication as to what’s happening or my money back.

Dreadful return process refund not received

Dreadful return process.received trainers over two weeks ago and because part paid by gift voucher not received refund yet.could not return in store due to gift card payment so told to post back.this company gets worse year on year

Dreadful

Dreadful delivery service provided via evri. Delivery put on hold with no movement for the rest of the week. I had to chance to get them to send a second shipment. No offer of any help or compensation. Terrible aftercare and do not value anybody’s custom

Worst customer service ever

Ordered football boots for my 7 year old grandson on 4 September. Received confirmation with a delivery date of 6 Sep. That came and went with no updates. Twice spoke on the chat to their so called Nike “Athletes” who were absolutely useless. Said there was a shortage of supplies, yet they were still showing as in stock on the website. Second time I was told they would be delivered this week. Now I’ve received an email saying they are out of stock and I will be refunded. Went on the website and they’re still showing as in stock! Absolute shambles of a company - won’t be buying from them again.

Didn’t receive my order and lost £330

I recently purchased some items from Nike and when it arrived I got home from work and their was nothing inside the box’s so I continued Nike and said they will do an investigation and will email me when they have any updates so I waited a week and received no email so I contacted them again and asked and they said sorry we can’t do anything and no refund will be made so not only I didn’t receive me packages I also lost £330.
I don’t recommend ordering from Nike ever.

Tracksuit bottoms, stitching problem

Feel, very embarrassment about tracksuit bottoms. Bought off night website. One trouser leg opens up more than the other. I feel like Igor. Nike fleece baggy bottoms. Green one leg opens up more then the other to baggy one leg opens up more then the other so drags across the floor one leg don’t looks crazy Order Number

If I could leave a “Zero” star review…

If I could leave a “Zero” star review then I would. Returned a faulty pair of shoes in July for a refund. After numerous calls and live chats was told that they couldn’t refund to a closed account and have been jumping through hoops to get anything done and still waiting for my money back almost two months since returned. For a global brand who should have fluid processes this is and continues to be the worst customer service experience. Truly shocking.

The worst experience ever

The worst experience ever . I am still waiting for over 45 days for my refund. No update from them . Suddenly they are saying that i am not eligible for a refund . When I told them to sent me at least my shoes back , they also refuse to sent it back . The shoes that I paid and it’s mine . They refuse to sent it back . What a disgrace. The worst experience ever .

If you want Nike products don't go…

If you want Nike products don't go directly to Nike as they will shaft you on exchange or return. I ordered a pair of trainers direct from Nike, they had minor flaws in and they were obviously a customer return as laces tied, no tissue paper in or wrapping them, dirt on grips were it looks like some walked in them.

I thought it would be simple to exchange but they wouldn't allow me, if this had been any other retailer they would.

I'm shocked at how Nike have treated me, I wasn't asking for refund etc just an exchange.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent.

Messaged the 'Nike Experts On Demand' over 20 times in the space of 3 week - have been ignored.

Sent them back pair of shoes in July as they were faulty. They have essentially held my shoes hostage, without an update.

Awful customer service, scam website

Awful customer service, I was chatting and they provided me with a link with hundreds of products, whilst I was scrolling through them they closed the chat on me (I have printed this) they were advertising a sale and then once the product was already in the basket they refused to apply the coupon.

Scam products, will never buy from them again, they used to be a trusted company, not any longer.
Would not recommend, so many better brands around.

I can see they are already reviewed pretty lowly here, so it helps to know I was not wrong about this experience.

Trae from Nike Live Chat support was…

Trae from Nike Live Chat support was outstanding. Super kind, attentive and nothing was too much for him. He went out of his way to assist me. Such a professional gentleman. He is the type of person you need in management. I would highly recommend he is promoted.
