I give the company My Points , and all of its working parts , and people. a very top 5 stars . The experience I am weighting about is redeaming a 50$ gift card for Pay Pal , for things I completed in the My Points app . My Points makes the redeaming process so easy that it is something to look forward to .No matter witch company you chose to redeam from , and ( My Points offers about every one you can think of including Visa ,Cass app , and Pay Pal.) the process is very easy and done in a quick timely matter .

I love earning points to get gift cards to help purchase groceries at Walmart. I wish you had easier ways to communicate to your site when find a glitch with a survey. Many times I’m into a survey fr a long period of time and something goes wrong with the survey advancing. Or after completing a survey I receive a message saying I didn’t qualify. I get to the end and my age or sex must be the determining factor that causes me to be disqualified. I’d love to report some of y issues but it is impossible to find the right avenue to report my issue.

This is a good survey site. There are a variety of ways you can earn points & the survey experiences are pretty consistent. My only criticism is that after a while you start getting disqualified a lot, seemingly for no reason. But this is true of all the survey sites I've tried, & My Points is the only one I use now. They have a great customer service team that actually cares about their users & will work with you to resolve any issues you have.

Easy ways to earn points that result in nice rewards. All is good except the surveys. Big waste of time because you almost never qualify.

I received my reward in about 4 or 5 days. I used it right away because I was excited to shop. It was easy to use and also easy to earn. I would definitely recommend. There were so many choices when I redeemed my points.

Taking the time to do the surveys keeps my mind busy. I do not really like when I spend half the alotted time and then they tell me I do not qualify.
Getting free rewards is definitely a perk

MyPoints is the easiest and most fun way to earn points and redeem for gift cards. I've been a member for 20 years and have earned hundreds of dollars in gift cards.

MyPoints is a great way to earn gift cards by doing stuff you already do. I was taking surveys before to try to win prizes, but now I get points to take them and have been able to really rack up the points. Also, get points through shopping online, doing daily deals, and other easy things. A great and easy way to get gift cards for essentially doing nothing.

They process redemptions incredibly fast and always 100% accurate. I submit, and have confirm email almost immediately, with virtual card ready to be printed in FIVE MINUTES OR LESS, even on weekends and major holidays. Keep up the GREAT service.

My Points used to automatically credit purchases made through the MyPoints website. I have made two Home Depot purchases, two Chewy purchases and made three contributions to Red Cross. Not only have I not been given credit, MyPoints makes it impossible to prove purchases by pasting emails from vendors as proof of purchase. I have not received point credit for any of these purchases.

I got my virtual visa gift card and everything has been really satisfactory from a consumer standpoint. Mypoints is a really awesome website and I appreciate that I can also redeem receipts for extra points.

The rewards are good but earning them takes FOREVER. There are so many surveys that you don't qualify for and several that you spend time on and then freeze up or even complete and they don't give you credit for. When you message the help desk they only respond about 40% of the time.

Mypoints doesn't honor their promotions and has no customer service. I completed a bank transfer that took place and met a requirement for a bonus 4 months ago. The points were marked "pending" and then just never paid out. I reached out 4X to Mypoints with no response. I then filed a complaint with BBB which got a response from Mypoints but no follow up after. I would use any other rebate program rather than Mypoints.
