Great food and customer service!

Ollie has great plans to choose from and their customer service is excellent. I had a delivery issue where the package was damaged badly in shipping and the food was ruined. Ollie took my info and sent me out a replacement within a couple days. They even threw in a couple bags of training treats. Great customer service!

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the fantastic support we received during our recent phone transaction for Luffy’s Ollie food. Erica was incredibly friendly and made the entire process so seamless. Her helpful attitude ensured that everything went smoothly without any hassles.

It’s always great to work with someone who genuinely cares and makes the experience enjoyable. Luffy is absolutely thrilled with his Ollie food, and that’s thanks to the excellent service we received. Erica’s assistance truly made a difference for us.

My dog loves this food!

The food ships on time. It arrives frozen and very carefully packaged to maintain freshness. No complaints. My dog loves this food. She licks the bowl clean afterwards. Her favorite recipe is the lamb and cranberries. Her fur has a nice, healthy shine to it. I am noticing a decrease in her dry skin and dandruff. Overall, I am happy with this dog food. I would recommend to others.

Great packaging, great food!

I appreciate that the delivery cold packaging is nearly all recyclable. The square, flat shape of each food pack makes storage easy. The peel-back opening of each pack is easy and makes serving my dog's food clean and easy. On top of all that, my dog loves the food.

Everyone at Ollie has been extremely helpful and prompt with communication. They always work to resolve any issue/question promptly and quickly. Ollie provides some of the best customer service of any company that I’ve dealt with.

Ok my dog loves the food and the customer support is spot 👏 on 👏
It’s a little expensive imo but it’s good for my dogchild & I can tell what’s in it which gives peace of mind and did I mention customer support effing rules? Bc it does. I called and they immediately resolved my issue. Officially love this company.

I'm really thankful for all the…

I'm really thankful for all the different foods for pretty she seems to love all of them wow what a amazing company and every time I talk to. Staff they are always so awesome thanks to the owners of Ollie and all the love and nutrition that you are giving our pretty now I know she is eating healthy and the best food ever for her .pretty sends five paws and a big woof hug

We love Ollie! May have inconsistencies though?

Love the quality and Birdie loves the taste! She is always SO excited to eat! Has also reduced her allergies (itchy skin) which is why we started in the first place, so YAYY!!

4 stars because it seemed like some of the packages were slightly under filled, when compared side by side. The packages didn’t have a weight marking on them, so I couldn’t measure to know for sure.

Outstanding customer service!

I received my order as requested. The food came frozen. Unfortunately Cali got sick. It’s not the food, she has a sensitive tummy and takes a daily medication for it. Customer service is outstanding!!! I wish all companies would follow their example. You can actually speak to a live person, they respond to your text within 24 hours and issues are resolved quickly. Kudos to Ollie!

Tiny loves his food and its easy on his digestive system.

The food is fresh, never stale and comes frozen solid so we can immediately place it in our freezer. We defrost one package at a time and since Tiny eats only 1/8 of it for each meal 2 x per day, we are guaranteed that his food is fresh and not spoiled or stale. Customer Service is efficient, and we always get answers to any of our questions that help us with Tiny's wellbeing. Thank you.

I want to modify my order if so I choose…but cant.

I wanted to modify my order so I choose the number of each meal, because my dog isn;t too fond of your chicken, and I couldn't. I'm not happy. Your food is expensive, and I would expect it would be easier for me to customize my order.

Mark my word this is for picky eater dogs

Ive seen countless doctors and labs. My dog wouldnt eat kibble. And not gaining wait since he was 7 months old. Tried cooking for him but if its fresh he likes it. If not again no interest. He was the epitome of picky eater. Tried fresh pet. He ate it enthusiastically onces then didnt care for. Now last ditch effort we tried ollie. Almost 2 weeke in now and hes literally begging to eat this stuff. I dont know whats in there thats appealing to him. But i do lamb, chicken, beef and pork to keep it interesting. He is a 11month old cane corso. Hopefully this will also help put healthy weight on him since i can easily feel his spinal bones. Time will tell on that one. But ollie has been working so far and has been a life saver. Dont have to hunt for bargain meats or cook anymore.

Called with an important question regarding my dog. Representative went above and beyond to get my question answered. Found someone in the company that knew the answer and reported it back to me. Very efficient. Very kind and polite.

Not only Is the product great services outstanding

My Sage was overweight and always hungry. I had my doubts when I started with olli, but I was desperate. Within the first four weeks, she started to trim down quick was full right away. Love the freshness Quality of the food. I also have to say I had one small hiccup with a package. Luckily I had taken a video and when I called customer service it just sent it to them and within seconds problem was resolved. Customer service is outstanding. I will definitely recommend and already Have recommended Ollie

Glad we made the switch!

My picky 15 year old pom got tired of his food and I was having trouble getting him to eat (another popular fresh food company), I’m glad I found Ollie because he loves it! I love that Ollie uses human grade ingredients, you can pick the portion size/frequency/recipe easily via the app, and I’ve had excellent customer service since switching over.

Hooray for Ollie!

First I would like to say Ollie’s customer service is top notch! Agents are always professional and so helpful! Every time I’ve reached out they hav been so quick to resolve my issue or answer my questions.
Prior to choosing Ollie my miniature white poodle was having so many stomach issues. Now that she is on Ollie she is doing so much better and she loves the food! She is doing so well with the lamb and the pork. I feel like I made a great chose choosing Ollie food for my dog. I love giving her fresh high quality food every day. I want my dog to be happy and healthy. This food is worth every penny for my pup. I also like the packaging and how easy it is to store the left overs.
I hope Ollie will consider perhaps in the future adding Bison as a protein. When my dog was having stomach issues the vet had me give her bison and rice which helped her a great deal too especially since many dogs like my white poodle tend to have so many allergies. Bison also has anti inflammatory properties as well.

Ollie's Dog friendly folks, are equally people friendly. They go out of their way to serve all animals! I'm always impressed with their kind support and thoughtful ways. They may not be able to make changes to fit my every need, but they sure make a champion attempt to do everything in their power to serve the health of animals and our planet.

The person was professional and…

The person was professional and helpful. They understood our issue and provided a solution that would work. They made it a pleasant experience and helped with our problem.
Since then, our fur-baby went to the groomer. Our groomer could not believe the change in our pup's coat. With the change is diet, what an improvement!
