Checkout was easy. Appreciated the discount coupon. Will see if shipping is better to Canada this time - last tie got charged duties and import taxes ($50 or so for two pairs of jeans), which made the price a bit high. Looking to see if , as advertised, the duties are in fact included. If no issues, would upgrade to 5 starts.

The purchase was straightforward. I put my measurements in, and the website suggested the size for me, and when they came, they fit perfectly. I have just ordered some chinos, which I look forward to receiving.

On the website, it's difficult to distinguish the features between the various jeans offerings. It would help to, visually and descriptively, make it clear how jeans differ in fit and style. Also I saw an ad for M&B stretch jeans but couldnt find them on the site.

Good material and fit is as advertised but a little closer than I prefer. Cold water wash and dry flat works well. Interested to see if relaxed fir tee is more my comfort than the fitted tee.

The jeans that I bought from your company is excellent. I had to but 2 pairs before my fit was perfect for me. The woosters are so stretchable that I had to order slim in 29 waist. Now I have 5 woosters and 1 charlton. My only comment is that I can’t order from Philippines anymore because the fees are very very high. The tariff here is that if it’s less than $200 then no duty…didn’t know if these are taxable. Anyway, now I order and ship it to my Hawaii address. You have great jeans…hope to try your staple jeans someday. Thanks

These are the best fitting jeans I have ever worn. The gray pair were to replace another gray pair that had a belt loop rip loose. I decided to replace and order the khaki jeans as well.

I’ve been very happy with the fit of the Mercer jeans I have but like the fabric of the stone jeans better. I’ve wanted for a while to order two more pair but your discount doesn’t apply to different fits and I wanted to get a different fit in the stone jeans. I was able to get a 1 time discount, but don’t really appreciate having to jump through hoops on expensive jeans to get a volume discount. Probably will try some other brands because of this.

I signed up for text messages to get free shipping on today’s order, but paid with PayPal and free shipping code provided was not accepted or applied to my order. Then was unable to select a different payment method from PayPal, in case that was the problem. Not happy about this and should be credited for the $7 shipping charge I paid.

I don't like your no refund policy which essentially forces people to keep buying stuff from you via the store credit you impose instead of giving people their money back when they want to return clothing. That's the only reason why I even bothered to order anything again: I had no choice but to use the $120 credit you imposed on me instead of giving me my money back for a pair of jeans that I returned because the fit was wrong. After that happened, I told you that I would not do business with your company again except to use the store credit that was forced on me.

I have not received my order as there was a mix up with my shipping information. I was contacted immediately in the order was canceled but I was given an opportunity to update my shipping. I am really looking forward to my order and hoping it’s as good a quality as the photos show. Stay tuned.

While I have no issue with the quality of your product(s), I find your return policy to be absolutely absurd. In this day and age, where there is more value placed on service and convenience than ever before, the fact that I’m not able to return my item for a refund is completely unacceptable. I will not be a customer of yours moving forward.

Second pair of jeans that do not fit well. Feel stuck having spent $130 on a pair of ill fitting and rough feeling jeans.
I do not recommend buying from this company unless you've tried the fit first.
They do not refund payment, opting for gift card reimbursement.
