Tried using this company using my veteran benefits and from the very beginning it was a total crap show. Almost every employee was rude and in a hurry to get things done wrong, yeah you read that right, every I went to closing attorney twice and things were not done correctly. I ended walking out and doing business with a different lender. This was the very worst experience I've had purchasing a home, the incompetence and flat out stupidity was amazing. I've actually taken time off my busy schedule to write these reviews in hopes that others will read and save their time and money because every single mistake takes another reschedule of your own schedule and that cost money. To top it off, the lender never called me once to apologize or explain the situation. Extremely unprofessional company. I wish I would of read the BBB first before even wasting any time with these people.

Horrible company, unprofessional rude employees, company does not reopen calls and all this leads to closing date being pushed, paper work done wrong and your money being wasted.
If you are looking for a good company, this is NOT the one.

Horrible company to do business with. My first time buying a home and I have to say, it’s the very worst experience purchasing anything in my life.
The employees (Stephanie @ Raleigh) are rude on the phone, when asked to provide information be ready to do it several times because they are not organized, my closing date got pushed causing to ruin my wedding date because I was supposed to be out of town and no one even bothered to can me and notify about this. This company is the very worst I’ve ever dealt with, on closing date the attorney asked if I’ve heard from my lender that they have left message after message with zero return calls. The home builder the next day tells me the same thing, I call the company and after many tries I get through and guess what, they denied everything. So I guess the attorney and the home builder is lying right? Wrong.
They also stole money from my closing credit that was left over, this company should be taken to court, at the very least they should go out of business.
I urge you to read their BBB profile, you will see what I’m talking about.

Mr. Paul Marquis, Mr. Brady Shepherd and the entire loan processing and underwriting team did an outstanding job from start to finish of the home approval process keeping me informed where I was in the process to 'Closure'. Quick turnaround and constant follow-ups with me as a customer made me feel involved and aware the entire time. The team understood my circumstances and did its very best to convey with the builder/seller/realtor and underwriters the entire time. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company since I refinanced. First of all you can never get a US agent on the phone for the house I bought in the US. Also they kept changing my monthly total and when I called to ask why this overseas agent could not even explain it right. I was refused to speak to a US person or supervisor. NOW for over three days, i Can not log into my account, it keeps saying something is wrong and ANY phone number I call for mortgage solutions financial, is either not working on there is a VM picking right up during business hours and not connecting me to anyone. I need to pay my mortgage and I cant even do it, which I am sure will result in fees that they WONT waive that is THEIR issues. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Karen Mass was fantastic. I didn’t think I’d be able to get a mortgage due to my age and it wasn’t easy but she worked so hard to find a product that suited my needs. Very friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. I would definitely use Mass mortgage solutions again and would recommend her service to my friends and family.

Like all the others I like to give a zero rating. We’ve been working on a loan since July 31, 2023 it’s now November and guess what no loan we’ve paid 800 for a home appraisal and numerous renovations that’s cost thousands. I’m guessing the upfront appraisal money is the scam they’re pulling on everyone and I’m sure most people won’t take the time to write a review about it and mark it up as a loss. I for one am sick and tired of being taken advantage of by such scum bags feeding off hard earned money. I’m not done I’ll be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission as well. This needs to be stopped.

I signed documents to get the preapproval process going back on April 8th. It is now June 6th and I don't have a clue where I stand and I feel like i'm being strung along. My loan officer hasn't been communicating with me at all, even after being told "good news" on several occasions. This has been dragging on for 3 months, despite my very quick turnaround sending required docs (same day or next day). I'm frustrated.

Stay away of mortgage solutions financial!We are first time home buyers and had Rita Rebollar NMLS:508503 as our loan officer. It was bad from the beginning. This woman ran our credit without our permission. Red flag! We should have ran, but decided to forgive her and move forward. During our escrow we had to pry information/details that we needed to know out of her. Even then she was very deceitful. When we decided to stop signing forms until they were explained thoroughly, Her and her realtor partner/boyfriend forged our signatures. After putting up $2000+ on this home buying process we fell out of escrow. When this happened she said our loan wasn’t going to be approved anyways. She threw a fit and decided to block me and my husband completely. She committed fraud and misrepresented herself. Do yourself a favor and choose a different lender or at least a different loan officer.

This company is horrible! We got dragged along for almost 2 months trying to refinance with them, as I’m explaining we’re in dire need of help. I had to call back multiple times just to get answers after being told they would call back. Long story short they have no idea what’s going on amongst them selves and are not willing to help longtime customers in anyway.

Albert Lopez was very knowledgeable, and experienced in working with a variety of client-tell with different financial obligations. As a new college grad with a new job and student loans under my belt, Albert was able to work with my situation and make things happen. His expertise and passion in helping his customers puts him on the top of my list. Look no further, ALBERT LOPEZ is the MIRACLE WORKER who will find you the best rate with the lowest interest.

Very dishonest business practices. Will tell you to sign their disclosures to keep the process moving. Loan officers are extremely unprofessional. Will request prior CD’s so that they can have something to “work toward”. I went with another mortgage lender, and my closing was 1/4 of what MSF was quoting me.

Loan officer even referred to me as a jack off. I haven’t dealt with them since 2018, but they’re attempting to gain my business after are disastrous attempt to be my mortgage lender that went south with a quickness due to their dishonest practices. Avoid at all costs.

CFPB Notified; Mark Faulkenberry and Robert Stern shouldn’t be trusted.

Avoid the Colorado Mortage Solutions Financial (specifically Jayda Matekovic) at all costs. This is a place that will string you along, zero communication, and treat you with little respect. It isn't worth the hassle to deal with a lender who is not honest from the get go.

They claim to help people get their own house through their financial solutions. However, they'll get you in deep debt, you'll eventually lose your house. They are good in making promises and persuading you into contract with them- even when you really can't afford it. Be wiser than them and walk away.

As a real estate broker, I am a huge advocate for my buyers. When my buyers are dissatisfied so am I. This company is unorganized and lacks the communication skills necessary in a real estate transaction. My clients are very unhappy with what they have experienced. Their loan did NOT close on time, and they were never given any clear straight forward answers when questions were asked. There is nothing systematic about this company's process. My clients have A1 credit, a very strong financial profile and should have never been taken through the ringer the way have been! Buyers be aware and run the other way!

Recently had the pleasure of buying my 5th home. My contact Dee Hughes of Mortgage Solutions in Raleigh North Carolina was exceptional! This was the easiest and quickest process I’ve experienced. His knowledge and expertise in processing veteran loans was commendable. His assistant Melvis was also very helpful. Contact on the weekends and after business hours was never a problem although I tried not to abuse the contact. I would give the company 5 stars but there is always room for improvement 😇. I would highly recommend this company and thank everyone who was involved in processing my home loan!

David Dustmann with Mortgage Solutions Financial was absolutely pleasure to work with. He was attentive to our needs and extremely clear as he guided us through the process. David worked hard to meet and exceed our expectations, even answering our calls late into the evening. Another thing we appreciated so much was his weekly video updates, our transaction was handled electronically, so putting a face to the name was a nice touch! From the pre-approval to the day of closing (which he worked to get it done 2 days early) felt almost seamless. We highly recommend David (& his assistant Alex) for your mortgage needs & feel blessed to have worked with him on our home buying experience!

Great customer service. My loan officer up to one of the organizations VPs were in contact with me and got my loan approved and closed in less than a month. After dealing with a lender who made my life a living hell, Mortgage Solutions was top notch and did everything that they said they would. Totally impressed!!!
