Totally new at having CDs manufactured / duplicated and did my best, but had issues creating the media to upload for a record release. The human support delivered by this company via their website and email was top notch and got my record release done on time. Max is a rockstar! It's great to get someone on the phone who can provide personalized service and knows their platform inside and out. We had a special-order need on short notice for an important reunion show for our band, and Max made it happen. We've been ordering merch / CDs for 25 years and this is the best service I've encountered. Definitely will be using them again.

I had a special project to complete which involved "short run" cd duplication, and packaging to present to my wife, in celebration of our 50th anniversary. I had a very important (to me) audio cassette tape from 1994 that I needed dubbed to an mp3 - wav format. The cassette was so old - I was concerned about it even going into an audio cassette player. This company did it - and they did it well. HIGHLY recommended!

Folks, please do not mistake MediaXpress.net with the scammers at MediaXpress.co.uk.

The co.uk website is conning people. But they have linked the legitimate and by all accounts trustworthy US company's .net website to this TrustPilot page. So, they are not only scamming people, they are also causing a reputable, family-run business a lot of damage in reputation and lost revenue.

I've been conned, like many others and hopefully, we'll get our monies returned. But the harm it is causing a legitimate company is also concerning and deeply unfair.

They did great work for an amazing price. Nice group of people. Very finished, professional work. I am extremely happy with the result and would absolutely use them again.

I got the "Custom CD Sleeve Printing" package, which also includes the actual duplication of the CDs (That wasn't initially clear to me from the website description). "Ready in 5 days" could also be more clear. In my case it was 5 days from when I approved the proof to when they shipped it. Initial communications and shipping took it to a 2 week overall process (which is perfectly acceptable in retrospect).

We had a small issue with the upload tool which was resolved by turning off the ad blocker.

I do recommend talking to them on the phone. This is more complex than an Amazon order and they are nice folks that will help guide you through the process.

I will say, I have always used another company that is quite well known. After working with Max, Jessica, and the others at Mediaxpress, I will not not change again! They are totally professional, courteous, detail oriented, and overall wonderful to work with. The turnaround was fast and the quality is wonderful! 5+ stars/ Highly recommend!

We were so pleased at how Media Express was willing to work with us under such short notice to help us author a DVD (during the Christmas season) and get it done in just a couple weeks so we could service our constituents. They also were great at giving guidance and wisdom on how to proceed. Test DVDs were beautiful!

When the final product matters, it's good to have people who understand that every detail makes a difference. MediaXpress was competitively priced, and very methodical in assuring that the data transfer was accurate and artwork properly proofed. They even sent a one-off copy of the program in its packaging so we could see the label and test run the program before the mass replication run.

This was my first order with MediaXpress, and the customer service from initial inquiry to production to billing to shipping was all outstanding. The entire team was really accessible and responsive. They even offered accurate tech help when I needed it. And, amidst a big storm they went out of their way to make sure that my shipment arrived on time. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Needed 450 duplications of a cd. Called and spoke with Matt who walked me through the whole process. The quality of the cds were professional and sounded better than what I expected. To be fair, the art work (cover design, inserts) were done previously with another company. The 450 cds were back at my place within a week. Will use their service again.
