OWC blew it
For many years I have been a happy OWC MacSales client, Until now. The Mac Magic keyboard I ordered arrived without its packaging, with no paperwork, with no packing slip, poorly boxed, and then did not work. Tech help was very good (Cynthia) in telling me things to try to get it to work, but it was dead. The next day, when I called customer service (overseas and the connection was terrible!) they would not send me an RMA-- I would have to pay for the shipping back of their faulty product. 30 minutes of futile back and forth. I called back Tech (Cynthia again) who was helpful. After 12 minutes on hold she came back and emailed me a paid RMA slip. I had at first planned to get them to send a replacement keyboard but after al this hassle I refused and am now waiting to get my $ reimbursed.
