Product hasn't arrived yet but I didn't use the light in the box platform - I googled a product, read reviews on it that were UK based and chose to purchase - then getting shipping updates from light in the box. The seller emailed me to state product order was received then again when it was posted - I must have landed on their profile page with light in the box - a good shopping experience, will update when product arrives

I like your dress choices and prices, I just have a hard time with dress sizes, so I did not order the dress, but ordered the other items on my list. I will keep looking. Some reviews say order 2 sizes higher, some say does not fit per size, some do fit per size, etc. I am 5'1 and need a petite formal dress for my grandsons wedding, I did not see any petite. Prices were excellent, just didn't find what I needed. Thank you

Very poor quality, thin fabric, deer image is iron on not embroidered, unable to return as not faulty. I note poor reviews are removed from Facebook!!!

This company is a sham. I paid for expedited shipment and they never sent the product in time!! I had to go to my credit card company to get a refund. Forget about trying to reach someone at LightInTheBox - fake phone numbers, no one to speak with. BUYER BEWARE and do not even get involved with this fraudulent company.
