I have always recieved prompt and friendly service from the staff and I have always recieved product in a timely manner. The only thing I think needs improvement is I don't always get my invoice right away. Sometimes I have to request it.

Sour grape was absolutely horrible and has that funny aftertaste even though there is 7 g of sugar in itwhich I wasn't looking for. I didn't read the label close enough but I won't be buying these again. The reason I tried it was for the creatine and BCAAs but I can't get past the taste so unfortunately there's a little bit of bad with the good

Have been enjoying lifeaid products for the last few years with subscription. Recently had a delivery of incorrect product and had no response from customer service. Today, I heard back and was very kindly offered a replacement, without having to return original product!
