- I hope that customer could know, where the goods/shoes will be sent from. So the customer could estimate the shipping time mor accurately

Mixed Review 4/5

This review is a mixed review simply because I’ve had two sellers cancel my orders after I waited patiently for 3 to 4 weeks for my new shoes. That’s entirely too long! However, I’m very pleased with the shoes that I have received. Once shoes arrive at the validation point, they are shipped out to the buyer immediately, which almost makes up for the delay with some sellers (not all). Overall, I recommend Kicks Crew as I have become a repeat customer many times over.

As a dad of teenage daughters

As a dad of teenage daughters, my daughters look at shoes for sports what your company does well as provide a great product great price. Also, you give lots of options. Your website is easy to use and customer service is on point. We needed to exchange a pair of shoes That were too big and your company made the experience very easy to get my daughter the right shoes and I appreciate that

Terrible customer service and refuse to replace faulty items.

Delivered a faulty pair of Nike shoes - the toe box on one shoe was incorrectly manufactured, leaving material hanging down into the toe area. Very slow delivery (four months), followed by very poor customer service. Declined to replace even after I sent the shoes back. Provided a partial refund of $145 when the shoes cost $179. Incredibly disappointing experience. Avoid at all costs.

KICKS CREW CAME THROUGH!

KICKS CREW came through on my Stadium 90’s! Jordan’s were in new condition, no imperfections. The seller shipped them quickly and Kicks Crew authenticated them fast! It was my first time ordering by this company, I recommend them!

I recommend you do not purchase from…

I recommend you do not purchase from Kicks Crew!!!!! If the item purchased has defect or quality issues after 2 months of normal use (on indoor court only), they won’t do a thing but refer you to their ‘refund policy’ that only allows returns in new unworn condition and within 7 days. If your policies are not fair, equitable for customers who have paid a premium then change it??
They basically wipe their hands of any responsibilty once order shipped & received!! You are far better off buying directly from Nike!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who will assess to ensure quality standard is met and likelihood of remedying problem. Useless seller just out to make a dollar with no interest in valuing you as a customer - and don’t want you to return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

What’s the most important thing I think people should know if you have a problem or issue they resolve it very quickly

This is my second review of Kit crew. It’s a great company. They have a great support staff. You have an issue or a problem. They reply very quickly and they will solve your problem matter what it is they have a vest inventory of all the Top Gear and sneakers I want a mental Rachel, Raymond, Vivian and Ryan thanks for all your help. You won’t go wrong. Forget about the other places stick the kick crew Danny Tolentino.

The Best There Is…

The Nocta Socks is a rare find you can't find on any sneaker apparel app, the shipping cost was discern and didn't take too long to arrive. Kicks Crew seems like an extra extraordinary sneaker app. A+ on that!!

Do not order unless you are certain you will keep the shoes. It's difficult to return for a refund. they also take a 15% restocking fee.

Quick shipping to the US, not bad

Very quick shipping to the US (10 days in total). Shoes are real and I have no complaints there. The only downside is the return policy, they charge an absurd amount so make sure you get the correct size the first time. Otherwise, prices are fair and the website is legit. I'd recommend it to be honest

Fast shipping

These were back to school sneakers for my son. Looking at other websites, we found horrible reviews with the better Business bureau. But your site had great reviews and great comments on fulfilled orders and quick shipping. And that's exactly what we got!
