Really good experience buying a car from Dale and his Dad. This company was recommended by a person local to me so we went to have a look. We were unaware that they work through appointments only so when we couldn't find them at the spot shown on Google maps we gave them a ring. We happened to be just yards away and they invited us to go and have a chat with them. So glad we did as they had a car that had just been taken in part exchange which absolutely matched our requirements. Beautiful car in excellent condition with an up to date MOT. Dale gave us a good price on our old Toyota and a good deal on a warranty. Dale also spent quite a while showing us how to work all the 'bells and whistles.' We are loving our new car. I can highly recommend this company

Fantastic service from both James and Dale, bought my step-sons first car from them, travelled down from Scotland, Dale picked me up from the train station, car was pristine, exactly like pictures and video. He sorted out warranty and insurance for me to drive away.
Highly recommended, would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic experience, Dale is a lovely trustworthy guy. Met us on arrival and the car looked brand new. Really looked after my elderly dad, he’d even put the car through another MOT so it had a full 12months rather than the 9 advertised.

Purchased car online for my daughter's first car. What I liked was the the professional customer service. Dale went above and beyond considering we stay in North Lanarkshire. Organised delivery car price all within our budget. My daughter was ecstatic. The delivery day fell on Valentine's day and there was a hamper full of goodies in the car.

We cannot recommend JD Cars enough! Dale went above and beyond to help us find our perfect family car. After finding the car on their easy to navigate website, we then messaged and received very quick responses to our questions. When we went to see it, although a second hand five-year-old car, the care and attention to detail meant it really does feel like a brand new car. They gave a good deal on the car and warranty; we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be recommending their services to anyone we know.

I sold my car with JD cars which was an easy process from start to finish. I had outstanding finance on my car but this wasn’t an issue. Family run business, no pressure sale, really nice, genuine people, when we went to collect our car, everything was ready to go, also a litte surprise in the car waiting on the dashboard, 🙂. The stressful search for a car came to pleasant end when we purchased an immaculate Skoda Octavia from Dale. Dale was currently away but allowed us to view the car by asking his father to open shop for us. His parents were lovely to deal with; incredibly friendly and zero pressure. Dale was kind enough to take time out of his holiday to sort things for the purchasing of the car. We returned during the week and his father opened up well after closing time so we could pick the car up. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant car buying experience.

We received a very professional quick and friendly response to our enquiry. Once we had viewed the car and agreed a sale. All the work was completed quickly and paperwork completed efficiently and was ready when we collected our car. We have just bought my daughter her first car from JD Cars. Ralph was so helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around the car without hassling us.

We had looked at a few other dealers and didn't feel happy with either the customer service or the cars but JD cars gave us all the reassurances we needed and i have one very happy daughter.

very trust worthy people to buy a car from,james & his dad are proper folk.the car was as described & they went above & beyond to make sure everything went to plan including sorting out a bunch of flowers on the passenger seat of the car for my mum when it arrived in Scotland.nice people
