I've been using iherb for a few years…

I've been using iherb for a few years now. Its fabulous having access to all of the products which are otherwise hard to source here. Prices have been great , especially if you catch the offers.The one time I had a problem with a face scrub that leaked a bit, it was immediately attended to.

Never buy anything from iHerb

I had ordered some inexpensive items from iHerb last month (August 24). Their carrier started sending me messages for my details. Unfortunately the first row (for uploading my docs) always came dead. I tried for two days and downloaded my adhar card and pan card through the two balance rows. I then called their Mumbai office and ask for help. They told me to send all documents through email, which I did next day. I sent an authorization letter for clearance at customs office. After all these, both iHerb and the carrier became silent. Now it is 20 days, no communication no progress on the shipment. There is no way, you can contact iHerb (no email id etc.). I have sent a mail to the carrier, but I have a feeling that they will not respond.

Never buy anything from iHerb.

I have shopping from iherb for a long…

I have shopping from iherb for a long time now. It has been the single source of hard to get health supplements in my country and I have lived in two countries till now. The shipping is fair and fast. The customer support is great as well. Prices are fair and transparent. I hope they keep expanding!

iHerb, Highly Recommended

iHerb has the widest selection of organic products and their price points are typically a little less than other retailers. The S&H cost is good and their delivery is timely.

Foreign Fee

I ordered a product and was billed AUD136.86 on my credit card, which was the correct price. Whn I checked my bank account the following day iHerb had added AUD4.10 "Foreign Fee" on my credit card. Looking back I noticed this has happened before.
I believe this is an illegal transaction.
This is totally unacceptable and I will not purchase from iHerb again.

Foreign transaction fees and other hidden fees are charged by and received by the card issuer or bank. iHerb does not charge this nor does iHerb receive this additional fee. Often times, such hidden fees are not clearly disclosed to people and they discover this after purchasing something.

Top Value-Great Service-Everything it should be!

Prices, regular basis good discounts.
Choice of top quality brands, sizes/formats.
Even if they're out of stock of something, I'm rarely stuck. Nice site experience. If problems arise, like leaked supplement during transport (rare)-immediately sorted refund. Review writing of your own valuable experience gives you discounts even on regular price products.

It's my go health supplement retailer for almost a decade

It's my go health supplement retailer. Wide selection of products and a so easy-to-navigate website and very easy to find what one is looking for. Each product has a comprehensive description with information about the manufacturer. The prices are very competitive and the tax is included so there are no surprises at the checkout. The delivery is speedy, timely and reliable. Customer support is second to none. Easy to access and responds super fast with a constructive solution. Shipping cost is affordable. What more can one ask for.

Shipping is really bad nowadays

I used to really like ordering from iHerb from here in the Netherlands, but ever since they changed their shipping methods I’m not able to order certain items and the items that I can order can only be delivered to a pickup point with Mondial Relay (which is the worst shipping company)
It’s really too bad, everything worked great before.

Promo codes are much appreciated!

As 2 seniors with 2 aussies (one of them is a 10 year old dog), we have a LOT of out of pocket healthcare costs bc our Humana Medicare Advantage & Aflac for Cancer Supplemental policy cover only 'standard of care' which we choose to NOT do. So ANY $ we can save on supplements is HUGELY appreciated! But - we resent having to pay PA tax on any dog supplements. That is SO wrong. I've complained but gotten no reply from PA Senator or A.G.!

Never Got My Order

I ordered Pregnenolone & DHEA. It was supposed to arrive the 26'th - 30'tieth of July. Then I got notified it went to customsclearence the 17'th of July - & now the 8'th of September I still haven't heard anything!
I would like to get my money back & won't be ordering from iherb ever again. What a complete disappointment.

"Dependency" is my word for iHerb…

"Dependency" is my word for iHerb today. I have total assurance that my orders will be fulfilled straight away and be shipped within less than 24 hours. The orders will come to me exactly as I specified. There will be no substitutes. The products that I purchase from iHerb are top quality and are offered from a variety of choices iHerb offers within their catalog. The products are always date specific, no old or almost-old dated products. I have been ordering from iHerb almost every month and year since 1997, and have every intention to continue this record forward. If they are out of a product on the shelf, they will notify me when it is available.

The rewards program is a scam

The rewards program is a scam
Unfortunately, after providing my code to many people of the years, they have blocked my account, so I no longer have access to funds I have previously earned.
Iherb claims I have shared the code on a coupon website (which I have not) and refuse to do anything about it. They keep repeating that I have not followed terms and conditions (again, not true) and we just go back in circles without anyone actually assisting. They refuse to provide a contact to a supervisor or manager of the team, I am stuck talking to the same agent who keeps writing a part of his email in a language I do not understand. I have also asked about the proper channel to escalate this matter, but I get no response, which just supports my claim that the system is flawed - the iherb business benefits from my code, but refuses to pay out commission.
Note - the code is still functional and provides a discount to the buyers, but they keep telling me it is blocked. It has been 2 months and no solution is offered.

Verified customer

Hard to cancel and reorder sometimes as the promos are not always added, or if u want to place additional items onto the order. The customer service BOT, is not always accurate as items have not always left the building. Although on the whole always good service. Never a mistake with delivered items.

Fraudulent credit card charges

Purchased from iHerb last week from Australia and now I have a fraudulent charge from a company called Chike Nutrition Del Mar. I don’t think this is a coincidence that both are California based companies.

However, it is possible that this unrecognized purchase you noticed was made after a potential 3rd party may have collected your information from other site purchases, your purchases around town, etc.. It is not possible for us to know how this occurred.

We suggest contacting your bank and card issuer to let them know of this so that they may take the appropriate actions. We also suggest changing all login information of your accounts used to shop and pay for anything online. This should help resolve the issue.

Excellent

Excellent! I placed my order on 27th of August and received it on 3rd of September. This was faster than some of the packages I receive from other business in Germany. Including the custom fees in the prices was the best idea ever, now I can order products that are sometimes only found in the States. Will order again very soon.
