I was skeptical of many websites with low prices on high priced shoes but this place was legit and delivered fast. The shoes were of better quality than the same pair of a different color I purchased directly from New Balance as the New Balance Store had an influx of shoes with glue visible around and above the whole shoe line while these were perfect which made me feel like I was not too OCD about those shoes.

Received my new pair of ASICS Gel Revolution 9 Women’s Wide today. I needed a shoe with a removable insole and Holabirds Customer Service got right back to me with a answer. They r perfect. I’m ordering another pair!
FYI, I asked ASICS the same question about the insoles a week ago, they couldn’t answer it and said they’d get back to me, which of course never happened. You earned a new customer!!

The order was priced competitively and filled timely. I appreciated the accurate and detailed description of the shoes, including the specific weight. The Clifton 9's are lightweight and comfortable. I really like the dusk/illusion light blue color.

Very shady site use to be able to order something quick and easy not too many third parties involved.
I got the thank you for order, but it said my order was completed by SHOP PAY. I called in advance because I don't want to use SHOP PAY because the reviews is horrible. I was promised my order would not go thru SHOP PAY but it did. So now I don't know what will happen with my info. So, I cancel, and they said need to send to supervisor I should hear from them tomorrow. ((((Holabird sports)))) can't just cancel it.
Also, at the end it asks me if I wanted to share my info etc. And before I could select no it clicked ok.

I’d gladly shop with them again. My item didn’t qualify for free returns but their amazing team gave me a return label as a courtesy. Companies don’t treat their customers like this anymore

I was able to find a specific pair of HOKAs in my perfect size that were not available within 100 miles of me and at a lower price than in my area. The whole experience was PERFECT! I had them on my feet in 2 days (free shipping!) and couldn't be happier. I will definitely go to Holabird FIRST for future needs.

Great products and service at competitive prices! We ordered out of the blue after performing a web search for Pickleball Court Numbers and loved the idea of the windscreen printed numbers that are easily secured to the nets with zip ties. We added a few other items like balls and caddies and such. It all shipped very quickly and arrived in great shape. We will definitely be using this source in the future!

Delivery address was inputted incorrectly by me upon checkout (one digit was incorrect). When I called Holabird with 'Undeliverable' notice from USPS, they not only tracked down the location to the local USPS, and called them several times to verify item was not returned back to Holabird, but called me back to confirm item was still in fact at the USPS local branch for my pick up. GREAT SERVICE! This doesn't happen anywhere today in today's ecommerce world of purchasing. I've already told many about Holabird. I'm even willing to pay more in the future because they have built trust with me!

I had a gel-kayano shoe that lasted for over 5 yrs and they were so comfortable. having forgotten where I purchased them, I googled them-Instead of a gel-kayano 26, I got a 30! Being on my feet for 8 hrs, these shoes are so comfortable, no having to break them in-perfect immediately! Now I know where to always get my shoes!

Excellent sale price on the pair of shoes I wanted. Thought I order the size I needed but were a little small. Upon requesting a return and getting a larger size they were very cooperative and helpful with the return and replacement which was also very fast. Will highly recommend and use their service again.
