Frustration

Was very difficult getting the information needed to be ordered in the right sequence. I was duplication the last 2 orders with a different prescription. I took me several tries to find the order button. Finally had to go thru the entire order sequence as if ordering a new pair with a new prescription to get the process to work for me. Very annoying, but it did finally work, after an hour. I even tried calling the number but that was worse. No one was there to talk with to get any answers that made any sense. In the end, got them ordered, I hope!!

BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a pair of glasses on 9/5 with a 3 business day production started on 9/6… it is now 9/15 and they’re still “in production”. Will this business compensate me for their TOTAL lack of even coming close to meeting deadlines… of course not! They accomplish this by their phone systems only allowing you to talk to a human if you want to place a new order and pay them MORE money. They will not let a human talk to me about this despite what their AI generated response will post. You have my number on the order… call me, if you truly care about customer satisfaction. This business is a SCAM and I’m reaching out to the BBB! DO NOT place an order with this company if you need your glasses within a timely fashion or expect customer service! This is the first and only company that I’ve ever felt convicted to leave a warning for future customers.

Return policy for BOGO orders are a…

Return policy for BOGO orders are a scam.

You are entitled to store credit in the difference between the two pairs + 30% of the pair you are keeping.

I paid $165 for a pair of glasses (165$, 157$) and returned the 165$ glasses since they neglected to put any prescription lense in my original order!
I received 55$ in store credit for their mistake.

Great experience

I loved to be able to see the glasses on the picture I uploaded. The price was less than half it would be in store and great selection to choose from.

Paid my co-pay over a month ago

Paid my co-pay over a month ago, have yet to receive my glasses. Went through your garbage Automated customer service multiple times. Only response I get is, you will receive an email when your glasses have shipped. Your response times are garbage.

Get lasik it's more affordable and less scammy

When you click to review the contacts they are $34, when you check out somehow they are $46. The scammiest shadiest company. They won't help you out they just trap you. You need to use your protection plan? Well guess what you won't have glasses for 4 weeks because you need to send the broken ones back, wait for them to process, then manufacture the next pair then ship. Which if you rely on glasses you can't be blind for a full month before getting the replacement. Also replacement is $15 when I already paid for the protection plan! What a joke

It was so easy to the glasses by Nike I…

It was so easy to the glasses by Nike I needed. I broke mine today and the eye glass store did not have them and would not order. So, I went online and found Glasses USA that had the glasses I need. I did not need lens just the frames as I already had the correct lends.

Was trying to get 2 glasses with the BOGO and I even called and the lady told me that the email was incorrect, I didn't get an email with the correct info. Kind of a joke that it was false advertising.
