This is about my eighth time ordering. Always have a good experience.My one thing or my one suggestion to the company would be samples.I order about 300 to 500 Every two months Of men's Cologne, but since I'm not going to department stores to buy this, that's how I used to get samples or they used to spray Cologne. So you could smell it when you're ordering online. You don't get that experience. I wish the company would send lots of samples so I could buy other products food _ood_ for thought. But otherwise great experience

Not gonna lie, I was a bit apprehensive about ordering from this website despite seeing great reviews online. My fragrance came super fast (like within a day or two) and was 100% legit. Even in the original, unopened beautiful packaging!

I purchased from Fragrance.net and I usually get quality products, but this time. The product does not match the same perfumes I have purchased in the past. The color is off, fragrance doesn't last and the consistency is off too. I feel as if the original has been substituted with an imitation frangrance. I am extremely disappointed this time around a d I doubt I utilize this company going forward.

I received discounts on my favorite quality name brand fragrances, (as much as 70% off) on full sized bottles. My order was shipped reasonably fast and I was enjoying them within days. Will definitely purchase from them again.

The large selections available. And prices are outstanding. Free shipping with volume shopping. Only wish the deliveries came faster. Great coupons offer. I've never had to return anything but I'm sure it's easy. I love the fragrance notes available to read about the perfume before I purchase. Helps me alot to make a good decision.

Prices and products are fantastic. It just takes a while to get your order. Amazon has spoiled us to no end. I inquired about my shipment and the customer service rep was courteous and helpful and that's always a bonus. Purchase your favorite fragrance here, just make sure you pack your patience.

I had ordered some perfume and cologne for my husband and I. I ordered 2items a piece, I received my 2 but my husband only received 1 of his cologne. I contacted them and they shipped another out with 3 to 5 days. I 'm very grateful for there fast response.

I never received my order.i placed an order August 30th for my daughter birthday and ontrac was used.i didn't get it. I was refunded and placed the same order 2 days after. Ontrac was used again even after I left a note to not use them.

Alas,my order was not received even though it says delivered. Fragrancenet is an enabler to use same courier services people are complaining about. This is the 3rd experience I have had from FragranceNet.com using ontrac as a courier.

They ruined my daughters birthday surprise for the 2nd time.

Biolage, by Matrix, works like magic on my hair type; dry, fine, and color treated. These products are only found in high end salons, with prices to match. At Fragrance.com I was able to find shampoo and conditioner at very fair prices. Wish I could get the hair spray too. Shipping was super fast!

I've always bought Samsara through Fragrancenet.com, but for a while it was out of stock. I just purchased it once it got back in stock, but it doesn't seem to have the same concentration of the previous supplies and is in a different bottle. This is for Samsara perfume. It is also very expensive, but I was glad to notice a 35% off discount. This helped.

My request to cancel the order that I placed this August was promptly granted. I had to cancel the order because it could not be delivered to me by a certain date, with a standard delivery.
The delivery could be faster, though.

My last purchase has me really regretful of my choice. A cologne that cost hundreds of dollars for a bottle and doesn’t last more than 30 minutes is crazy. Leaving me to wonder about the authenticity of the product. This one seemed water down to me.

Just arrived back from Rome today. Stayed at the fragrance st peters for 5 nights. Lovely hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff from arrival.
Breakfast was nice up on top floor.
We had a really good size room.within walking distance to Vatican, shops, restaurants.
Only one issue, would have loved at least 1 English speaking TV channel.
Would definitely go back
