Weird email, but prompt answer.

I had gotten an email that quoted a higher price than I had been promised. I clicked contact us and within 8 hours an agent confirmed my expected price. They saved a longtime flohockey hockey tv, client from cancelling. Great service, keeps your best customers.

Billing Question & rates…

I had a question about billing & rates before purchasing so I sent an email to Contact Us. I wasn’t expecting to hear back quickly, but I got a response & resolution in 20 - 30 minutes so I was able to purchase & start an account!

After using Live Barn for a few years…

After using Live Barn for a few years its time to move up in the hockey world. I had a couple of glitches that Richard quickly provided information on. I am looking forward to the upcoming hockey season and being able to watch all of my grandson's games.

Sign in issues

I had an issue with signing in after I had paid for a subscription. The FloSports agent worked with me through several iterations of "Try this" and finally got me able to view my desired sports. I was impressed at how timely was the agent's response and the fact that they hung with the issue until resolved....all through emails. Great work!!

Being able to watch all dirt racing and some asphalt racing. We also have Dirtvision so we don't miss any of the racing action. I purchase both networks for the year. We Va so it is our view.

Awesome site. Always on it watching some type of racing. Your crew do a great job. Plus it let's me see all the action and replays that you miss at the tracks that don't have the big screens. We live in Va so we're only close to PA tracks.

Issue was resolve very Quickly.

Issue was resolve very Quickly.. Very happy as when I sent in request said response in 24hrs, that made me very un-happy as I need to watch a game today.. Tori replied with in i think 10 minutes and I know there was a issued with the feed and I might not get to watch game, but she said they were aware and working on it.
it was working within the 1/2 and I am currently watching the Game I wanted to watch.. I wish there was a number to call, as I am old school, but It worked out great. thanks, Tori

I was unable to access my original…

I was unable to access my original account and thus created another account, which I paid for in full.

When I realized the mistake customer service worked with me and gave me a full refund.

Canceling subscription

If -(minus) 100 was an option it still…

If -(minus) 100 was an option it still wouldn't be low enough to rate this APP/Program. They have true morons working there. The Rugby boss is most likely a broken down brain damaged soccer player who cant find his ass with either hand. No correct times, no correct days and programs and games that aren't even broadcast.

Follow up: I got a message back from Flo asking about the review and all they wanted was my personal info. That’s crazy. The game I was specifically referring to “THIS” time was the Samoa first Test match. The “times” I am talking about are the start times for games being correct for the time zone we the viewer is. The moronic attitude is for not categorizing the games in male or female, which competition and which round for easier viewing. I have written to you direct a dozen times and all you get back is stupid meaningless platitudes.

Satisfied

Despite some errors, watching the games for the mini chowder cup was a great experience as we live in Quebec and the games were from foxboro.

I signed up an annual membership to watch rugby. The time came to watch New Zealand play England at 3am ET only to be informed that this match is unavailable to watch in my region.

Does not cover all it says it does

Bought a month of FloSports to try it out and see their cycling coverage. They advertised that they were covering the cobbled and some of the classic races. The races appeared on the feed with upcoming date and start times but when the time came to watch an Unavailable box popped up. FloSports did not have rights and would not offer even a prorated refund after cancellation.

DONT SIGN UP

Signed up to florugby to watch the summer internationals. Every game I clicked to watch it said sorry not available in your location. Total waste of money. I should have listened to the other reviews. Stay away

Issue with renewal

Had an issue with renewal, there were two emails associated with my account. I was showing the account had renewed, but couldn't access. Emailed support, and within 15 minutes my issue was resolved, and I could login to both Dirtondirt.com and FloRacing. Can't beat service that quick!
