I love this app
I love this app, my coach is Sebastian. He is the best! I have his upmost support, that I never had. He helped me set goals, such as exercise 6 times a week and making two of those sessions 45 minutes long, limit my coffee creamer intake, he helped me with a calorie goal for each day, as well as making sure I have protein snacks etc! After each goal you track it and Sebastian sees them. I love how you can track your goals every day. Also, there’s a planner on there, you can write your plan for the day like what you’re going to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, you can add your exercise target in there for the day if you’d like. It’s a really great app! I highly recommend.
