Fashion Nova gets 5 *s due to the options available, numerous pics, ease of navigating the site & available discount codes, love it.. The payment methods 1 *s, half of them(Klarna, After Pay & now PayPal) no longer accept a credit card that I have used for yrs, even on their platform.. Zip I haven't been able to figure out since registering 6mos ago, very glitchy!!

I think this company is great for a few reasons. There is always lots of new & popular clothes added frequently, a large selection of items in each category & there is always lots of useful discounts/pricing on items. I have shopped here multiple times & will continue, thanks!

I tried to order something to b sent to my grandaughter. When I started to put her info into the order form your system came back that it sent a code to a phone number ending in 514! We couldn't respond to that because neither me nor my grandaughter have ever had a phone number that ends with that! So who is using my grandaughter's private personal info, like her email, on your system???

First time ordering from here. Overall i was pleasantly surprised as I'd read so many bad reviews and was then a little apprehensive about my order. It turned up on time in great condition. Unfortunately one of the items was too small so needed to be returned which would have cost more than the item itself, so I'm kind of stuck with it. Will most likely order again in the future.

Honestly I’m never buying from fashion nova ever again after this. It has been such an inconvenience starting off with the fact that I had to return my first dress because it looked nothing like this picture and it was just completely ugly. And once I returned it I never even got the full amount that I paid. And I wasn’t even able to reach out to customer service BECAUSE FASHION NOVA DOESNT HAVE ONE!!! And instead of giving me my original payment method back, I got a stupid store credit so I was forced to buy from this stupid store again. And I lost $90.00 through this whole process, will never be buying from here again.

It's the shipping cost. I have to pay shipping when I order, I pay more shipping when I have to return something that doesn't fit. I get a larger size then that's a 3rd shipping charge.
