My own bank would not provide new checks for me without coming into the branch office because I wanted to update the mailing address on the checks. That seemed ridiculous to me, so I found Extra Value Checks and was able to place my order online without any problems. Reasonably fast shipping and perfect checks, so I'm happy with my order.

We have been getting our checks from Extra Value Checks for a few years now and never had an issue. Recently, we had an issue with a check order that was ultimately returned back to Extra Value Checks as the post office said it was undeliverable. We have used the same PO Box address for years with no issues. Contacted customer service and the representative immediately put in a rush order for a new batch of checks to be sent overnight by UPS to a different address (as we were down to our last few checks). This was all done without any extra cost to us and the company delivered on their promise. We received our checks within 48 hours. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

My initial check order did not end up making it to me. I don't know if it was delivered to the wrong house or what, but that is besides the point. I called to see what was up with the order and dealt with Connie (sorry no last name given) in customer service. She was great to deal with, answered my few questions, and got another set of checks out to me using a different carrier. Mistakes happen and your people dealt with it quickly, with minimla hassle for me, and in a way that leaves me a happy customer. Thanks again and good job Connie!

Checks were easy to order and price looked good but shipping and handling was almost as much as the checks. Also took longer than expected for delivery. However quality of checks were great and printing was perfect. Definitely will use again

I have ordered checks from the company before and was not disappointed. I was down to my last two checks and I ordered by phone and was told I would receive them in a couple of weeks. The checks came way before the projected delivery date. The price for duplicate checks was very reasonable and of good quality. When I need to order checks I will be using this company.

The process of designing my checks was very easy - even uploading my own logo. They arrived just as I designed them. Very professional. They were well packaged. I have no complaints.

The outside mailing address USPS package someone transposed the address number and State my checks were done right but this could of gone very badly had these fallen in the wrong hands. Someone should be double checking that everything matches before sending them out. I will keep this in mind when ordering again.

Pleased with the checks. Customers need upfront pricing on the website. I did not see a bottom line price and ordered anyway out of convenience. My bad fir overlooking. Very surprised when my checking account reflected a 50 dollar purchase for 2 boxes of checks.

It took much too long for delivery & the cost of tracking the checks as to the length of time it took from their original location then staying too long at each location it was sent to before I got them. Going back to the place I have used before as it only took 7 to 10 days. But will say I loved the checks themselves.

I ordered these checks on April 6th 2024. I also paid to get it 2 days earlier with tracking. When the tracking information was finally aware when the checks will arrive. Estimated by today April 13th, 2024. Now the tracking number says it was delivered on my porch yesterday at 12:25 pm eastern time. But to no avail, the checks did not get delivered to my address. The problem is my company routing and account number is on those checks. Now I won't be able to speak to customer service or request verbally for a replacement until Monday, that is at least 2 days for things to go completely wrong. If this issue is not remedied, then I cannot honestly recommend this place to anyone.
