The booking agents were friendly and very responsive to questions but the villa staff really made this a one of a kind experience. Our butler, Kalani Smith, handled everything with ease including customized drink orders and our chef Rhimon was truly a culinary artist. We were really pleased with the service. The ocean was right off our steps, so snorkeling was amazing and the house was beautiful!

What can I say about Exceptional Villas except that our experience to date has been SUPERB! From our initial contact with Paul O'Sullivan who patiently helped guide us through our villa selection process to Elaine Donoghue our villa concierge who has expertly helped us plan every detail of our long awaited trip to Tuscany, we are just thrilled with the Exceptional Villas team. Elaine in particular has been so responsive to our groups needs that I feel like after all these many months of planning that she has become a friend that we would love to have join us on our Tuscany adventure!

The team at Exceptional Villas is always responsive and understands their client's needs. No question is too small or a bother to them. Every request is handled efficiently and professionally. EV knows how important our trip is too us and they really work hard to get it all right. Their recommended on island partners and excursion vendors are always top notch. I trust them with everything! For our recent trip to Turks and Caicos Marianne was absolutely fabulous to work with. Lastly, the EV App is a.really nice feature. Thanks EV! Looking forward to the next trip!

The villa was more beautiful than the photos. The floor plan was perfect. Sitting on the porch or balcony was peaceful and had an incredible view. Having a washer and dryer is essential. Pricilla and Mina were friendly, helpful and made the stay easy. Marianne was delightful to plan with for the trip. The airport is the only difficult part of the vacation.....long long lines, inefficient staff and poor air-conditioning.

Our trip to Turks and Caicos's was one of the best vacations we have ever had. This villa was so comfortable, beautiful and they thought of every detail to make our experience fabulous.

The outdoor living was spectacular. The amenities were perfect. Loved the fact that they had extra sun tan lotion, first aid kit items, plenty of towels, beach equipment and more.

In addition, the people we met with at the villa were great and responsive. Couldn't have asked for more.....it was so amazing

The folks at Exceptional Villas were very responsive and great to work with, and our villa, Mary Jane, was even better than advertised. The four master bedrooms were perfect for my family - all having large, nice en-suite bathrooms that don't really appear in the pictures of the villa. All aspects of the villa met or exceeded our expectations. The view from the swim/patio deck, and the villa itself, is spectacular and the beaches were beautiful and private. The housekeepers visit every other day and they did a thorough job. Would definitely not hesitate to work with Exceptional Villas again if the opportunity arises.

All around 5 star trip! Marianne was beyond helpful with the planning. Her communication was excellent and she was on top of every detail/very responsive. The house itself was immaculate. Widi and Wayan took care of us during our stay in Turks & Caicos and they were extraordinary. They didn't miss a beat! Shan cooked us an amazing dinner for our last night, I wouldn't change a thing!

Exceptional Villas has again served up an ace with this our most recent family trip to the Dominican Republic. Kudos to Paul, Alannah and Mary – so knowledgeable, so helpful, so hands-on, and so customer-centric oriented. Paul and Alannah helped us find the perfect Villa to suit our family’s requirements, and Mary, our concierge, was simply amazing at helping us plan and arrange a wonderful itinerary and milestone family celebration. The Villa was beautifully appointed, immaculate, spacious, and replete with expansive and comfortable outside seating areas, sun loungers, and relaxing eating spaces for our large family gathering. The large pool, spa, and gym were also wonderful. The home overlooked both the 7th fairway of La Cana and was literally a stone’s throw down the path to a private and serene beach. La Cana Golf and Beach Club was just a 5-minute golf cart ride away and had a beautiful, attended beach, as well as a pool, spa, and restaurants. Exceptional Villas’ onsite Dominican Villa team was exceptional, including our star concierge Malvis and world class chef Israel. Cant wait for our next Exceptional Villa vacation.

Very responsive and helpful company. They can do as much or as little for you as you want. They provide concierge service throughout your stay which is incredibly helpful, particularly if your plans change or you decide to add on (or subtract) activities. Our Villa was spectacular. The staff was very friendly, thorough and accommodating.

My wife and I have used Exceptional Villas five times over the last eight years And we are always amazed and satisfied with the incredible villas we’ve been to from the Caribbean to Europe. The Exceptional Villas, computer app is a great companion as you have all your information at your fingertips at all times. Typically once you make a reservation, that’s it. However. Once we made our reservation at smugglers cove, Barbados the attention just began. Bless Rowena for making sure that we had reservations , the best table at each restaurant, the kindest chef ( Andre. Who is such an incredible chef that we cancelled our reservations!) and laundry pressed. Not our first time at an incredible resort but honestly they could write the manual. Thank you.

Exceptional Villas are fantastic. They have gorgeous villas all over the world. Great website. The people there are so experienced, helpful and responsive and patiently work with you to find the best villa for your needs. They know all the properties really well, and can answer any questions. Once the villa is booked, there is an excellent concierge service, that will organize cooks, villa pre-stocking, airport transfers, restaurant reservations, activities and more. We had to change our plans after making a reservation and Exceptional Villas were so flexible and helpful in allowing us to change the dates. We have used them twice in Antigua and Barbados and recommend whole-heartedly.
