I have purchased several rugs from E carpet gallery I have always been pleased with what I have ordered and with how quickly the products shipped. This was the first time I added a rug pad and it is a good product as well needed more cutting and fortunatly I was able to find help to do that as it was quite large.

I've bought several wool rugs from eCarpet, and all of them are well-made and exactly like the photos. In fact, the most recent one I bought is even prettier than depicted, as the background color changes subtly with the light. I can't stop admiring it. (The only problem is that I'm running out of rooms for new rugs.) In addition, I feel secure when I purchase from this company, as I know I will receive a beautiful, durable wool carpet that never needs airing in advance and is shipped and delivered quickly to my door.

Our new kitchen rug shipped quickly, was carefully packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. It’s even more beautiful in person than on the website, soft underfoot, and comfortable to stand on while cooking.. The measurements are exactly as described, and the quality is excellent. We are very satisfied. Even our dog loves it!

We needed a second rug for a room and wanted something that would coordinate well with another rug in the room. I signed up for a consult with the carpet galleries design service. The designer was excellent and helped to narrow down the choices, as well as recommend an ideal size for our space. She found several rugs I hadn’t seen and narrowed options to several great choices. We love our rug and the design service saved me a lot of time and angst with decision-making.

As ever, the carpet is beautiful, exactly like the photo and overall, stunning. Have purchased at least a dozen carpets over the years, and have never been disappointed with the quality of the products. Thankfully, the check out process has greatly improved, but should be able to choose the address from the drop down list, rather then having to enter the address as new, but I can live with that. Overall satisfied with my purchase and will always use ecarpet for any future rugs I need. No one can match there prices!

On the whole, I received prompt responses to my queries and helpful advice on how to return my rug. It's hard to get an accurate fix on colours via digital images and I'm very fussy about colour, so it wasn't quite what I wanted. They were very helpful with detailed information on how to return the rug but have been slow to confirm that I'll be getting a full refund.

This is the second rug I have purchased from e carpet gallery and I am not disappointed.
The rug was accurately depicted on the site (color, dimensions, texture etc) so I was happy when I received it that it was exactly what I had wanted.
It shipped fast-was appropriately packaged so that the rug was not marred or damaged in delivery.
I will likely order again from here in the future

I ordered a rug for my cabin where I do not live full time. I was able to perfectly coordinate with customer service for delivery during the week I was there (thanks Alex!) and the rug is just beautiful. Exactly as described on the website, gorgeous color and great quality. I highly recommend ECarpet!

Everything was in order with our purchase but the delivery was unsatisfactory. We live on a big property in a rural area. The rug which was fortunately well wrapped was left at the roadside 300 metres from our house on a rainy day. Luckily we saw it in time to rescue. Delivery service gets zero stars.

1. Ecarpet gallery's large inventory, with several photographs, dimensions, price, and other pertinent facts for each carpet, viewable in size and colour ranges, made finding suitable carpets quick and easy.
2. Delivery, with the carpets and underlay well wrapped, took less than a week.
3. There were no unpleasant surprises when we took delivery of our three carpets. The photos and descriptions presented them accurately.
