Shady

The next day after buying my car I noticed when it's started a big black cloud of smoke comes out of the exhaust. When I called the dealership the person that answered the phone talked to me like I was stupid and that was normal. He said since I purchased the car and drove it off the lot it now falls under the warranty. There is absolutely no way they did not know about an oil leak. The salesman, Isiah, was very patient.

Great Customer Service

Salesman Rufus was knowledgeable about cars I was interested in. No Haggle. Speedy process. Quick In & Out. Friendly all around. Salesman Quest had great customer service looked for the best deals. Great team here at Sacramento DriveTime !

Quick and easy experience

Quick and easy experience. Best car buying experience so far. Got approval right away and Antonio had most paperwork ready and car pulled up and cleaned like he said he would by time we made it to dealership which is 2 1/2 hrs away. We were in and out within a hour.

I went in to purchase a car that was…

I went in to purchase a car that was pre approved I brought 2000 dollars as a down payment they were extremely rude and would not accept my paper copy of my renewed license she rejected it and. Over an hour and a half drive there and a hour and a half back. I will not be back there. I know that someone will except my paper copy of my license and will be happy that I spent my 2000 down payment on there car lot

DriveTime sold me a vehicle with a bad…

DriveTime sold me a vehicle with a bad battery. When I called in for help Alycia was very rude and did not care to help. She has no empathy for my situation and should not be in customer service treating people like this.

Did everything online

Did everything online, I was very aware of how it worked as this was my second purchase with this company. Mena was my rep and he showed up with great attitude and answered all my questions. Test drove my vehicle didn’t like it he helped me pull off another one and was instantly in love! Thank You Mena for making my experience Quick and Easy!!! You are truly appreciated.

They are sufficient

Fred at DriveTime Shreveport

Fred at DriveTime Shreveport was extremely great. He stayed after hours and waited on me to travel from Jackson, Ms to Shreveport. His persona and attitude is top tier. I am so glad I had him as a salesman. He really made the car buying experience easy. Fred was very thorough and took his time articulating everything for purchasing the vehicle. He will keep you smiling and laughing like he’s known you for years. I would give him a 10/10 but they only have 5 stars. I would definitely look him up again when I’m in the market to purchase a new vehicle and send people his way. Fred was very professional, very humble, very vibrant and very demure!!

This is my wife and my 4th vehicle DriveTime

This is my wife and my 4th vehicle with DriveTime Langhorne PA and every experience has been the same and better. This last time we had the pleasure of working with Vincent Mazzanti once again and I can say that every step of the process from walking through the door to being handed the keys and being told congratulation was pleasurable, Courteous, Professional, Speedy & Friendly, Top shelf customer service without a doubt. Cudo's to Vincent and his entire team. I will always return to DriveTime and recommend everyone I can to go there.

Will come back again and again

Tequa stern has now sold me my second car and she has been amazing through both sales have only dealt with Lakewood, tried Denver and that manager was rude and snotty
