Why are such fraudsters allowed to…

Why are such fraudsters allowed to operate in the UK is beyond belief. Data protection or honest business practices are clearly beyond their understanding. After reading all the negative reviews I'll never order from these dodgy traders. They should be avoided at ALL costs.

Cheap rubbish - AVOID

Cheap rubbish. We bought some football tops. They didn't even survive one wash!! The seller wouldn't help as they had "been worn". DHGate offered $9 partial refund after I raised a dispute. If I wanted a full refund I was told I would have to pay for international tracking to return and I would get the postage reimbursed 60 days after the return was processed!

Honestly, avoid this scam of a platform

Biggest fraud company on the net .just…

Biggest fraud company on the net .just look at all the negatives. Hopefully banned from UK soon. I received faulty watch which they agreed to refund and sent confirmation "refund completed" fast forward 7 weeks ,about 50 messages and all you get is pre scripted replies which all say please wait 48 hours . You wait message again and get EXACTLY same scripted reply . Even offered to take refund to DH pay but still same scripted replies . I now write negative reviews on every advert on FBook market place to warn others . Also reported to UK TRADING STANDARDS For counterfeit goods and UK customs & Excise. They attempt to blame your bank for refusing the refund!lol yes can't even lie properly! Banks do not refuse refunds to original payment . DH gate probably back by some Chinese Govt backed data fraud so please folks

**Update you see DH GATES scripted replies .I've had 30 of those non resolved **

Very bad customer service.

Used this site for the first time, to buy a son’s birthday present. Unfortunately there was an issues with the address, even though i updated with the correct address and requested it be resent the seller has not cooperated and need very poor with service even rude ! Now i have no received my item nor a refund. When i asked the situation be referred to a manage i just get messages back from seller saying why and also imovie with laughing and tears !! Very poor and also seems no way to be able to escalate to a manger for support.

Order never arrived

Ordered a bag, never came even though I got a notification it arrived. Not true.
Tried contacting customer service, they seemed to be helpful at first, but after 2 months I was not getting anywhere with them.
Then go to follow up with them, and the customer service email nolonger "worked" got bounce backs.
I gave up and won't ever order from them again

They’re all scammers.
If I don’t get my money back I’m going to post the site on TikTok for people to know about their scam site never to order anything from them.
I ordered for real hair wig instead the seller sent me 3 fake plastic wigs

If the seller fails to reply to the dispute within 5 days, automatically Dhgate will process the refund on the 6th day. If the seller declines the refund proposal , you can request Dhgate mediation, so Dhgate can take over the case and help you. Please check and understand the seller's proposal before clicking anything or contact us so we can check it for you.

If the seller will contact you and will ask you to close the dispute since he will refund or reship the order, please do not close the dispute.

Don’t risk buying from DH Gate

The item didn’t come. I tried to get a refund but they cancelled the order without refunding my money. I then spoke to five different people who kept promising the money in 2 working days. I was told by one advisor that my bank was blocking the refund but my bank said that they font block incoming payments nor had the company attempted to refund me. I have now gone through my bank to get my refund.
The staff are rude and incompetent. They say that this is not in line with the company’s high standards but this seems to be another lie.

Total Crap

If I could give this 0 I would it's that poor been waiting for goods 2 X shirts posting for over a month and they stated 2 weeks delivery asked for refund but declined told company will post before 30/09/24 absolute rubbish never buy from these total rip off avoid at all costs

Order not received… DHgate no help-

Ordered a watch which I was patiently waiting for- got a delivered notification however I had and still have not received parcel- notified seller who tried to refund me a proposal of 0.01p. I declined, opened a dispute, was asked to contact Royal Mail and log a missing item complaint which I did- I uploaded the evidence of this and the case has just been closed by DHGATE for not supplying evidence! I can see my evidence of the complaint so don’t understand why they would’ve closed the dispute. I am out of pocket £102 what do I do but contact my bank to retract money? 😡

Scammed

I ordered several bags, followed the shipping/tracking excitedly, finally said it was delivered, but I never actually received my package. I have emailed now twice with no response. Very disappointing. Feel taken advantage of as I get no response and have wasted my money on this.

After receiving wrong item i did return…

After receiving wrong item i did return it, got refund from seller, but can not shipping fee refund, as promised, just because they require shipping label which we in Austria do not issue ourselves, but Post office does it and i have never saw it, i brought the parcel,paid, it was sent, seller has received it, all good. After explaining 1000 times why i cant provide it i get same robot answers from 100 different people/robots from customer service and i feel like in a mental clinic, not even one human answer, just robot phrases that they need shipping label. I uploaded the answer from post that they cant provide it to me, i uploaded customs formular, i uploaded proof that i sent it to the right adress and paid that amount of money, they sa ok it will do, then i get again same robot answers that they need shipping label. I uploaded receipt from post, the customs formular, seller received since long time my parcel, yet i can not receive my shipping fee back. Looks like a scam. And now again i got same reply as usual. Robots.Purely insane. Never had such an awful experience. There are sellers that are really nice and adecuate there, but customer service is the worst on earth. Order 32584806910.

Extremely slow service, no proper tracking

Extremely slow service, sent several messages to try to find out if the ordered part is shipped or not, tracking on the page is totally useless, finally I got what I ordered but I don't think I will ever order from here again

I recently bought a fashion mask from…

I recently bought a fashion mask from DHgate, and I am extremely disappointed with the purchase. The mask looked stylish in the pictures, but the actual product is far from what was advertised. The material is cheap and uncomfortable, and the stitching is already coming apart after just a few uses.

Additionally, the mask does not fit well and offers little to no protection. The description on the website was very misleading, making it seem like a high-quality item when it is anything but. I would not recommend this mask to anyone looking for both style and functionality. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Wow what a garbage ass place to waist…

Wow what a garbage ass place to waist your money everything is fake or not even worth the money order Moissanite jewelry from there came with moissanite GRA card tested out to be fake. Spent $100 I’m moissanite watch. It was also garbage something you would find at the dollar store. I would not recommend this site for anything. It is a total waste. don’t even know why they are in business.

SCAM!! AVOID

I bought some headphones and the quality is absolutely horrible, in addition to this, they are the wrong colour and look nothing like the pictures. The tracking hasn’t been updated so I am unable to open dispute. They have no email address so I’ve been unable to contact them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
