After receiving wrong item i did return…
After receiving wrong item i did return it, got refund from seller, but can not shipping fee refund, as promised, just because they require shipping label which we in Austria do not issue ourselves, but Post office does it and i have never saw it, i brought the parcel,paid, it was sent, seller has received it, all good. After explaining 1000 times why i cant provide it i get same robot answers from 100 different people/robots from customer service and i feel like in a mental clinic, not even one human answer, just robot phrases that they need shipping label. I uploaded the answer from post that they cant provide it to me, i uploaded customs formular, i uploaded proof that i sent it to the right adress and paid that amount of money, they sa ok it will do, then i get again same robot answers that they need shipping label. I uploaded receipt from post, the customs formular, seller received since long time my parcel, yet i can not receive my shipping fee back. Looks like a scam. And now again i got same reply as usual. Robots.Purely insane. Never had such an awful experience. There are sellers that are really nice and adecuate there, but customer service is the worst on earth. Order 32584806910.
