The hats look and fit great. Hope was fantastic to work with and was very thorough and quick to reply with answers to my questions.
Note... Payment prior to receiving hats didn't sit well with a few on the team, I understand it to a point and again, everything came out well so no issues hopefully going forward.
lastly, the time frame from order/ approval to receiving hats was a long time. Not sure if you could have a quicker turnaround in the future but it would be appreciated on our end.
all in all, the hats are awesome and I will be back!!

I think sharing the patch with the client could have been done better. I was looking for the letters to be more raised and thought they were based on the photos provided but when I received the hats they were not as raised as I hoped.

The staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They keep you abreast of their progress and make sure you are satisfied with the design before production. The hats shipped on the original estimated dated and I was notified to be on the lookout for them.

I have not received the product yet but I can tell you the experience of watching exactly what I want come to life was seamless. Graphic designer, Amy, was awesome and extremely responsive. I tried other companies but things moved very slow and it took so much effort from me to help get the design I want. This was so simple and it was almost like my mind was being read on what I needed to see and what I was looking for. I highly recommend using this company. Bravo.
