My experience was wonderful



My experience was wonderful. Mr. Marc Ambrosino was the service representative; he was always attentive to my questions. I contacted him by email, and he always responded quickly and clearly to all my inquiries. He was very kind and helped me at every step of the process to obtain my vehicle loan. Everyone at the Ewing office is very attentive and helpful, always greeting with a smile. I only have gratitude for all of them. The paperwork is clear and easy to complete, and the credit union offers excellent products with very competitive interest rates.

Relaxed & friendly atmosphere

Relaxed & friendly atmosphere. I was provided in detail all the info that I needed to know & clearly answered all my questions. The experience was so good that I will look to do more business with the Credit Union.

I needed help with my e-statements

I needed help with my statements. The bank representative Anthony was amazing. His answers were concise and easy to understand. I'm highly grateful for how fast he was able to facilitate my needs. I feel valued as a member of the bank, and I'm grateful for the experience!

Credit Union worker

Vanessa in Credit Union of NJ is always so kind and helpful to me. Always has patience and makes sure I am Happy with my results.
As an EX customer service person, I know how customers can get, I think Vanessa should be recognized for her exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent communication and customer…

Excellent communication and customer service! Austin helped answer my questions about joining CUNJ and provided me with clear directions for my new account. Regan guided me every step of the way to finalize my auto loan and quickly replied to my questions so I could get back on the road in a time frame I was happy with.

Brenda at Customer Service never responded…

On 9/3/24 I called customer service about an extra $1559 that had appeared in my account. I spoke with Brenda who told me she would get copies of the checks deposited to confirm the deposit. She never contacted me again. I called Brenda three times the next week but she was never available and I left voice mail messages. On 9/10/24, I called customer service again and after waiting over 20 minutes was told the deposit info by Austin. Why did I have to make so many requests when the info was there?

The in-person representative very helpful

The in-person representative at the branch (Hamilton) was extremely patient and helpful with resolving my issues. The representative over the phone was very dismissive and not helpful which is why I went directly to the bank to resolve issue. Glad i did!

From start to finish of the loan…

From start to finish of the loan process, the website explains everything that will be needed to be uploaded along with all the required steps to proceed with the process. In addition, it does not take days to get passwords or documents cleared to go to the next step. Thank you.

I requested that my account be closed…

I requested that my account be closed in July. I was informed that it was closed, and the check was sent to me. I never received it. When I inquired about it at the end of August, I was told to complete a declaration of lost and stop payment requests and have the form motorized. This process was very inconvenient for me, and I never got the check. The money was put into the account I requested to be closed, which I did not understand. I will remove all of my money from your bank.
