Quinn is amazing

Quinn is amazing, I am computer challenged and hooking up my stereo has been a scary process for me and Quinn has been sooo patient and professional. with her assistance I have been able to set up stereo through out my entire house and patio with minimal stress and that was caused by xfinity outages during set up. Ya'll are awesome!!!

RV Radiopositive experience I did have to…

very positive experience I did have to get to the second customer service person, but she was out of this world. She figured out what I needed figured out where it would still go in an RV and help me find the proper radio to replace one that’s over 10 years old. in fact, in the last 10 minutes, I installed it easy. Peezy reminded me of what I was a teenager using Crutchfield. They were very easy to work with then and still and I’m approaching 70. 👍

Amazing team and company

The sound options when creating a new home theater can send you down a rabbit hole that gets more confusing as you learn more. Alonso, Stan, Solo were so helpful in helping me choose and understand the options, it was absolutely fantastic. Alonso set me up with a killer system, but most importantly is his and their attitude. Respectful, patient and very knowledgeable. I can’t recommend this company enough. Many thanks for helping me enjoy many hours of premium entertainment

I have been buying car stereo equipment…

I have been buying car stereo equipment for Crutchfield since 1975 (when I was in High School) 49 years! They have always given me great service and great technical support. My kids are now buy the car stereo equipment for Crutchfield.

Extremely fast delivery is Great

Extremely fast delivery to replace my failed Blu-ray/DVD player was much appreciated. Didn't need any expert consultation on a low-cost item like this but I know it's there when I need it and I feel confident that there won't be any unreliable junk products being offered for sale by Crutchfield. So I just picked one and ordered it. Thanks for being there Crutchfield!

Hello, I ordered the Kenwood Excelon DMX958XR, and the unit was delivered incredibly quickly, packaged well, and discreetly. I have yet to install the head unit but I look forward to having that done this weekend! Thanks Crutchfield!

I’ve been a loyal and happy customer…

I’ve been a loyal and happy Crutchfield customer for years. They carry most of the brands I’m interested in and they provide high quality information about the products. On the few occasions I needed support, it was excellent. Their 60 day return policy and free two day shipping are big reasons why I continue to shop with them.
I’m not usually much for brand loyalty but Crutchfield has earned and kept my trust over many purchases.

It works

I originally wrote a two star review after being disappointed about radio fitment and a lack of anwsers from support agents.

I was contacted by a Crutchfield tech who was able to test fitment and show me photos of my expected results. This turned a frustrating experience into a pleasant one.

Incredible service, good quality

I bought 4 kenwood speakers and a alpine radio for my 2006 gmc envoy (super 2000s build) and for my dumb self I could figure it out how to do it everything slides into place with a little force (radio), sounds great pairs with my newer phone and was reasonably cheap + free shipping to Alaska. Customer support was always great. Initially, when I was putting my radio, and I couldn’t figure it out because I’m an idiot didn’t realize you had to take off the slide and the trim but they told me how. And finally, instead of letting me waist money the gave me a call and let me know I bought something I didn’t need and confirmed it, than they removed it and gave me my money back.

They sent every piece I would need…

They sent every piece I would need including brackets, extra screws, wires insulation and harnesses that fit my car. I did a six speaker swap out in less than 2 hours and I don't do this for a living. They really made sure I was taken care of. Five stars

Low Tech Engineer

I utilized the equipment the website specified would fit my vehicle. I normally do not purchase suggestions for accessories but in this case I did and the installation went without incident. The tear down instructions were clear. For any diy people out there reading my review you can purchase with confidence from this company. Pull the trigger and get er done.

Inexpensive upgrade for an old daily driver

Appreciate the free adapters, harnesses, and hu mount thrown in. Also all the directions specific to my vehicle were emailed to me. Price was competitive, and shipping was as fast or faster than you'd get from the competition.

Shipper Damage

It's like every time I order from Crutchfield. Their shipper does not like them very much because every box is always severely damaged. You can surmise that it was usually a heavy blow too by the damage.

I asked the advice link to get some…

I asked the advice link to get some questions I had before I purchased a stereo receiver and Tina was extremely helpful. I plan plan to purchase some other stereo components in the future and I will contact Tina directly before I made those purchases. Great advice and customer service.
