The process was very easy. There was a very good selection, both new and pre-owned, and I like how I was able to see what store my item would be coming from. I also liked that I could reach out to the actual merchant, but Chrono24 kept me up to date on the status of my order all the way through delivery. This was my first time buying a $4,000 luxury watch online. I think it ended up being a very good experience because of how Chrono24 is set up. I like the archived communication with seller and a safe way to make the purchase in escrow that protected my money in case something went wrong. Chrono team, re your reply to my review. what are you talking about? It's a lie. You don't reply to my emails, I email and ring to that number all the time. You asked for papers I gave all required papers that i could possibly get! After this you disappeared. What legal case do you mean? It's not in court yet, I did not get solicitor yet! Which I obviously would have to do as this scam continues for 1.5 years! Chrono got hold of my money and using it to their advantage.

A safe way to buy a genuine timepiece without worrying about fakes. Chrono24 is one of the most comprehensive marketplaces and so far I have always found the watch I am looking for at a competitive price. Everything from communication with the seller, paying for the purchase to tracking the delivery has been smooth. If I had one complaint it would be to make the search function easier to customize - it's too brand oriented and if you get a key word wrong (or use too many words) you get no hits. It seems like an easy fix.
