Great work ethic amazing with answering questions and good support

First and foremost, the house was under contract in two days. That proves Cap Center's excellent marketing skills.
Second, my Agent Brian S. was very knowledgeable and although I had a few hiccups along the way, he always provided encouragement and sound advice. This prove to me he was constantly helping me, eventhough I was not his only client at the time.

Lastly, I would highly recommend anyone selling a house to compare the fees against Cap Center. I will guarantee their fees are much less and will guarantee the service is much better than other real estate agencies.

My wife and I enjoyed working with CapCenter online, through the online portal, or phone calls. Everyone was polite with how sometimes they had to explain things to me a few times because of the way of my war disabilities. I am glad I can give you five stars, and we are already referring CapCenter to our friends and anyone who wants to buy a house (I would say our enemies, but we don't have any...).

Tyler Ruger w/ CapCenter is an excellent realtor!! From the day I listed to the day I closed Tyler was there. It wasn’t the easiest buyers to deal w/ & Tyler made it much better. He has incredible follow up, professionalism, knowledge, patience, & determination to do what was in my best interest! I listed on Oct. 4th & we closed on Nov. 7th. I am amazed at how easy and efficient this process was. I was with Rocket Mortgage and LoanDepot before this and was aghast at their tortuous loan process. CapCenter was ten times faster and all of their associates were smart, capable and responsive. They also offer insurance brokering services which saved me money on my homeowners insurance. Highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with Cap Center. I refinanced my mortgage through them back in 2021 and recently they helped me get a new landlord insurance policy. Amanda was very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. With her help, I was able to save a couple hundred off my existing insurance policy. Thank you Amanda!

Our loan agent was excellent. She was always helpful and clear, and made the process go smoothly. Together with our own lawyer, this was the smoothest mortgage financing (of 6 or 7) that we have ever done. That plus the fact that Cap Center offered the lowest rate of the four places we contacted, including two with closing costs.

The online application process worked well for the most part. Sometimes it was not clear what exactly was wanted, and we needed the link provided by Lexi to get to the right place. Logging onto the site didn't work.

Smoothest refinance we have ever done. Cap Center has everything covered from notary to appraiser. It is a true one stop business. Also they where 1/2 the price of other refi companies we considered. We would recommend Cap Center to anyone looking to refi their home and would definitely use them again! Thank you Cap Center for an almost effortless(on our part) experience!

Realtor from Charleston, SC and I wanted to leave a 5 Star review for Callie Ruane of the Greenville office. As many transactions proceed, there are ups and downs - but we had quite the roller coaster ride. Callie was always available, and "partnered" with my buyers, guiding them through every step. Cannot be happier with the support and experience.

Pretty smooth refinance process overall. Couple of minor things kept me from giving 5 stars - late recognizing house was titled under living trust and closing started 30 minutes late. Efficient process other than that,. All CapCenter associates were very nice and helpful.

Leading up to the closing everything was fine except the appraisal was a low ball and had to redone. Once a new appraisal was available the appraisal dept did not alert the underwriting dept therefore at the closing the figures were wrong. Had to wait 4 hours to close. Then once the cash out was wired, it was the wrong amount and took almost 48 hrs to correct. Not happy with the end of the process but Jordan up until that point was A+

Andy Latham is my Mortgage Hero! He took the steps to ensure ML fixed a typo on their part, got my money refunded, and he made sure they provided the documentation explaining the typo so I could close on time before incurring extra fees! Carla Bryson was phenomenal as well and I am going to be coming back to her for closing and other legal services in the future. Overall... I am completely satisfied with my experience and will be returning to Cap Center in the future.

I want to shout out LOUD for the Excellent Service that my Buyers received from Cesar Fuentes who originated their loan as well as Alex on coordinating the closing to Meghan who did the closing ! I am EXTREMELY pleased with the service especially Cesar ! Super easy refi! The only negative was due to the overwhelming amount of people getting refi’s it took more than 60 days to close. Good thing we weren’t desperate to close earlier. Would definitely use them again though.

I cannot believe how quick and easy the process of refinancing our home was with CapCenter! Not to mention saving us quite a bit of money. Other lenders will promise you this and that, but cannot match the savings you get with CapCenter. THEN an extra bonus - they sold us new insurance (home and cars) and saved us a lot money there! It was overall an exceptional experience!! Highly, highly recommend!

I'm very impressed. My previous refinancing back in 2019 with another lender was a lengthy and time consuming process met with many delays before receiving the clear to close. With CapCenter, I was approved and provided a closing date within a few days of my application and closed on time less than 3 weeks later. Well done!
