The personal touch is important

I needed multibike insurance and I had been insured with you previously. I contacted you again when my price went up and Bikesure quoted a better price.
Easy access by telephone always helps rather than on line so that you can discuss your individual needs rather than a general universal quote.

After completing my quote on line i had…

After completing my quote on line i had several phone calls, i asked every-time i answered to be called back after 4pm (afterwork), the call back never came… i ended up calling you!
After completing the agreement on the phone i received an email two days later to ask me to contact you because there was a problem with the insurance policy. You had quoted me wrong and needed another £23 or my insurance would be void…. To be honest your customer service has not been too got at all.

So I wish you would be able to price…

So I wish you would be able to price match like for like quotes and honour what you say in your small print , I was told you couldn’t match my quote I had that was £40 cheaper , especially for loyal customers like myself

Renewal price ☆☆☆

Had my new insurance renewal price then had to inform them of my going through a red light incident!! Fortunately made no difference to the price, the operator was very good quick and helpful.

Painful experience with Bikesure for anything

Trying to work with Bikesure is just painful at every level. I tried to reinsure one of our 4 motorbikes with MCN which was more expensive just so I didn't have to call Bikesure. went all the way through online tried to pay and they they messaged to say give us a "quick" call to finish off. shocked who answered the phone but Bikesure, at that stage I had spent so much time Bikesure won and I renewed with MCN ( I mean Bikesure) the so called "quick" call is absolutely nonsense as they made me go through every detail again. So inefficient at all levels and not customer focussed.

Actually really good

Actually really good. I was supported through insuring a new bike and how to transfer from my old bike despite it clashing with the timing of policy date

Extremely helpful staff

Rob T could not have done more to help - I could not thank him enough for helping me find insurance for a bike that other companies had said they could not even find. I really appreciated his help throughout the long call, his troubleshooting initiative, and his product knowledge. He genuinely helped with queries, and in comparison to go skippy, the level of customer service was DRASTICALLY better.

(P.S. to managers - Rob definitely needs a raise!)

Helpful service on line without phone calls

Prompt and reliable service, time to review and compare quotes.
The small issue I have is that the value of the bike was not decreased to approximate current market value whereas other companies do so!

I have just got off of the phone with Bike sure insuring my sons first bike , i speak to a lot of different people throughout the day and it can be very frustrating from people in general having a lack of knowledge , Not here though , i just want to say what a massive help Rob T was all of the way through our process , super professional and helpful and a pleasure to be on the phone with , i would give him a job tomorrow .

Vespa Piaggio Insurance Quotation

After reading reviews and other people who used Bikesure it convinced me to get a quote for my Vespa Scooter, and l was very pleased l had there quotation staff was very good, polite and helpful and provided me with a competitive quote.

Price has doubled

I cant see how my insurance has more then doubled from last years cover, with 10 years no claims with Bikesure. Is my loyalty not appreciated?!

Great insurance provider to deal with

Great insurance provider to deal with.
Very knowledgeable and helpful telephone agent who was able to confidently navigate me through my rather complicated multi bike policy needs. The result was a well tailored quality product that was significantly cheaper than my previous provider, with lower excesses too. Well done Bikesure.

Great service at Bikesure

Firstly, didn't have to wait too long to get through on the phone, secondly the operative chappy was very professional and thorough. I thought that changing bikes on my insurance would be a difficult process, but he made it seamless and easy. Wasn't too expensive either. Very good service.

Good prices and customer service, but should be more customer friendly,

My last bike insurance ran out after i sold my bike in August, Picked up my Brand new Street Triple RS today,
Bikesure are ruining for me what should be a good day,
yesterday I paid in full for a years insurance to start when collected the bike,
Since then I keep getting emails and Texts saying my policy is in danger of being cancelled if i do not contact them immediately to confirm some accounts details,

I have spoke to them twice today, once this morning to make sure that I definitely had insurance as i was collecting my bike, then later this afternoon after receiving the 1st text stating i could have my policy cancelled, I spoke to a nice lady and confirmed all the details they needed, the only thing extra they needed was proof of NCB, so I got a text after talking to her, and uploaded my proof of NCB, all good now i thought, then low and behold another emails saying they need to talk to me asap, great given the call centre is now closed, I have never in my life had this much hassle taking out insurance, I am half tempted just to cancel as the stress caused is not making it worth being a customer of bikesure,

UPDATE:
I originally gave this review 1 star, with reasons above,
All sorted now, and confirmation my insurance is all set up etc, there was just a delay in documentation being sent and seen, which caused a lot of confusion, not helped by a text saying my policy is in DANGER! Of being cancelled,
I think this kind of text can be very intimidating, maybe Bikesure need to just tame it down a bit,

In the days that have followed, they have been in contact and made sure everything is all ok now, so I cannot really argue with that, thank you
