Good prices and customer service, but should be more customer friendly,
My last bike insurance ran out after i sold my bike in August, Picked up my Brand new Street Triple RS today,
Bikesure are ruining for me what should be a good day,
yesterday I paid in full for a years insurance to start when collected the bike,
Since then I keep getting emails and Texts saying my policy is in danger of being cancelled if i do not contact them immediately to confirm some accounts details,
I have spoke to them twice today, once this morning to make sure that I definitely had insurance as i was collecting my bike, then later this afternoon after receiving the 1st text stating i could have my policy cancelled, I spoke to a nice lady and confirmed all the details they needed, the only thing extra they needed was proof of NCB, so I got a text after talking to her, and uploaded my proof of NCB, all good now i thought, then low and behold another emails saying they need to talk to me asap, great given the call centre is now closed, I have never in my life had this much hassle taking out insurance, I am half tempted just to cancel as the stress caused is not making it worth being a customer of bikesure,

All sorted now, and confirmation my insurance is all set up etc, there was just a delay in documentation being sent and seen, which caused a lot of confusion, not helped by a text saying my policy is in DANGER! Of being cancelled,
I think this kind of text can be very intimidating, maybe Bikesure need to just tame it down a bit,
In the days that have followed, they have been in contact and made sure everything is all ok now, so I cannot really argue with that, thank you
