Website has a clean, well organized appearance. It is easy to navigate. I found what I needed quickly. The ordering experience was also very well organized and the prompts guided me through the quick, easy steps. B&H Photo-Video has always been my favorite and most trusted place to buy my photography equipment. I always receive my items on time or early and they are always packaged well. I can look at sever items to see what I want, If I have questions I can call B&H and talk to someone who knows about the item I am looking at and will give suggestions about what I may want to look at before I buy. I have found B&H has fair prices and for the most part have been able to fix any problems I have had.

Many websites sell products, but I keep returning to B&H because of their service and advice. I'm just a dad taking pictures of the family and take short videos of our daughter with her friends, so I rely on the pros at B&H to help get the right gear and accessories for the task I have in mind.

I preferentially order from B&H because I appreciate their expertise and customer service. I trust them as a company. Ordering is easy. I can review my order prior to paying. The prices are decent. Dear friends of B/H, I am a former customer who from time to time purchases Ilford fiber paper for analog photographic laboratories.
At this moment I am making a test purchase, to check if the import and transfer of the paper that I have purchased under the order... is not covered by rays and customs inspections, since on some previous occasion this no longer happened, as well as to other friends in Mexico.
Although the market for photographic paper of these characteristics is small, at least in Mexico there will be many friends who will be happy to know that it is possible to import paper from their company to Mexico, without it suffering deterioration due to customs import reasons.
I have spoken with Osvaldo, from the Spanish sales department. who was very attentive and told me that to ensure the protection of the paper, you normally cover the envelopes or boxes with a special material to avoid this problem. I hope this is the case and that with this sales of this paper in Mexico can increase.

Searches, presentation, and order flow/checkout experience seem fine.

But I use [Make Text Bigger] on my MS Surface, which already has a 200% scale for the display. B&H has a lot of fixed pixel width pages, including the checkout, which require quite a bit of awkward horizontal scrolling
